Amazing Swiss Alps Photo Shoot - Beautiful scenery with an amazing tour guide named Kid. Kid made the tour exciting and took so many photos of us with all different backgrounds. It was an incredible experience. It was like we were on a private photo shoot.

Our Swiss Alps Tour - We found both the Interlaken and Grindelwald tours be filled with many exciting sights to see. Our Tour Guide (Kid) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was a fantastic tour, but be prepared for a lot of walking.

Good day trip from Zurich - Good day trip from Zurich, the tour guide was nice, helpful and a good laugh. Driver did well to beat time in Lucerne / Zurich rush hours. About the right amount of time to spend in Interlaken and Grindelwald. We did the option that did not have Jungfraujoch included and there was plenty of time to buy own tickets and explore the mountain.

First of all, it's... - First of all, it's costly. To really make it an awesome trip, you will have to add to extra 180chf. However, it's well worth it imo. Kid was an excellent guide and great photographer. Our driver was top notch. The owner, owes us some refund because the wifi didn't work and he was very nasty about it. Wish we had more time in Interlaken. Still an great tour.

Nice tour - The places were amazing.
The tour guide was not very nice. I think his name was Kid
we did everything on our own, but guessing you get what you paid.
Interlanken and Grindelwald worth the visit.

Just a bus ride - no guided tour. Do not waste your money - Before booking read the reviews carefully because our experience was the same as all the travellers who did not buy the extra package. We paid a lot of money to take a bus and be dropped off at two locations with NO guidance or information. While we knew we would not have a guided tour in Interlaken and Grindelwald - we expected to be given some helpful information/tips and not just be dropped off. Once we got to Interlaken our “tour guide” left to take people who had paid an extra $170 CHF and we did not see him again until driving back to Zurich. We had no information given to us about the options for cable car rides etc…. We were dropped 10 minutes outside the town in a parking lot with all the other travellers who had not bought the extra package. We had no idea where to go or what our options were for cable car/train rides up the mountains. This could have have all been avoided with some simple guidance and information - but our tour guide was not even on our bus.
We were asked if we wanted to upgrade and come on the tour with him for $170 CHF - CASH only - he even offered to guide us to a bank machine.
Do NOT waste your money. Take the train. It was a very expensive day with no guidance whatsoever.

You are paying for a bus... - You are paying for a bus to take you around the Swiss alps which was amazing and beautiful, however the tour guide was very rude! He was telling me something on the bus, the time we had to meet, I got confused and just wanted to check as I didn’t want to get it wrong to which he had a massive go at me, walked away saying the sh*t I have to put up with to everyone on the bus, making me feeling small and very upset, for a young solo traveller. After arriving the first stop everyone started following him, not knowing where to go or what to do, and told many people to “go away”. Not explaining that they don’t need to follow him and help where they should go. After the second stop I couldn’t find the bus, I tried calling the guide to find out where to go as he gave everyone his number. He just ignored me and replied don’t call me , not helping a young solo traveler in a foreign country. After playing a lot of money for this trip I left very unhappy and was really looking forward to this excursion!
