This is an amazing... - This is an amazing experience!!! Kid was the greatest tour guide ever! He made everyone feel welcomed and happy. We traveled with two young kids and Kid made the experience very comfortable and our two toddlers had the best time ever. Kid also created a wholesome and kind environment on our tour bus with other families. It was the highlight of our trip for sure. Kid is the best tour guide ever.

Worth the trip! - It is a long day but worth it! Kid our guide was amazing and fun! We could not get all the way to the ‘top of Europe’ but the company refunded us. They really tried but train track problems occurred not the company’s fault.

Not very good experience - We travel with the company Mier Linea gris. A guide who got so into a funny character ended up being very rough, assumed that one already knew what to do and had a very acidic humor. The air conditioning of the bus broke down twice and the heat was unbearable having to stop and get the passengers down to get fresh air. I don't recommend it.

Drop off pick up - This is not a tour is just the transportation to Interlaken and Grindelwald the guide not even explain about these places it’s not worth its better public transportation by train

Great views but not much more - You can hardly say it was a tour, it was more like we will take you from one place to another, but you explore yourself. The guide had a very unique personality, which can make people feel uncomfortable at times. He was quite funny and took a lot of nice pictures for us while on the bus, which we really appreciate. He offered to take pictures of us on numerous occasions. The views are spectacular, but be aware you get basically no guidance, which is very disappointing for this amount of money. I feel we could have enjoyed the tour more if we took a train ourselves, but we thought it would be less confusing and more informative with a guide. Little did we know!

Was not told about the other packages - Firstly i was not told about the other packages my friend paid extra and i had to also pay extra so i was not on my own the tour guide basically stated that if we were going on his tour he would not look after us. If this was stated in the begining i would have been aware. Me and my friend went on two completely different tours.

Do not book this trip total con - Do not book this trip we paid almost £90 each for nothing more than a long long coach ride. You get no information no tour guide when you get dropoed off, only to find they try to sell you another trip to Jungfrau for an additional £260 each. Interlaken, limited time. I am fit and we didn't get enough time to walk to either lake. Not pretty and nothing there apart from some shops and coffee shops. So boring. Grindelwald. Dropped off and left to walk into town, very little to do. No maps given, no information on what or where to go then a 3 hour or more ride back to Zurich. This is a total con DO NOT use this company, absolute disgusting to take money of people like this

Do not recommend! - This was a huge disappointment! We already knew that we would encounter rain. However, the guide (a man named Kid) told us no rain at all. We were miserable due to the cold and rain the entire day! Do not go if it is raining. We suffered through Kid's obnoxious behavior on the way to Interlaken. He was so loud that I had to take out my hearing aids to tolerate him. And he was pushy. At one point, he said, "Give me your phone". I asked why, and he never answered me; he just turned to someone else and said, "She doesn't like me, she said why". Umm... there's a big difference between "give me your phone" and "I'm happy to take your picture if you give me your phone". Then, like others have said, he went around the bus trying to upgrade people for the side trip that he was taking folks on. We never saw him again until he re-joined the bus on the way back from Grindelwald. Both Interlaken and Grindelwald are tourist towns full of souvenir shops. We didn't take the tram up the mountain in Grindelwald because we were told the clouds made any views disappointing, so we spent the next 4 hours in and out of stores, dodging the rain until the bus came for us. It's a 2-hour bus ride out and a 3-hour bus ride back. The countryside is beautiful, but would probably have been better enjoyed as a train ride. We didn't tip Kid, instead giving the money to the two college-age women that he left behind at the first stop in Interlaken and told them to have drinks on us. They had forgotten the time to re-board the bus at the first stop in Interlaken and told us that Kid was unresponsive when they reached out to him via WhatsApp. They took a train from Interlaken and caught up with us in Grindelwald. One of them was in tears and the other highly distressed.
