- Ice Palace - Jungfraujoch - Walk through the heart of a glacier in the Ice Palace.
- Eigergletscher - After your time at Jungfraujoch, ride the cogwheel train down to Eigergletscher, where you will change to the V-Cableway Eiger Express. After approx. 15 minutes you will reach Grindelwald Terminal, where the coach awaits for the drive back to Zurich.

Jungfraujoch with a tour is the Best! - This was a wonderful tour made exceptional because of our guide Kid. It is a long day from Zürich and back; however, the time flew by. We had sunny skies until we approached the Jungfraujoch when the clouds came in. I expect the top has more days with cloud than without.
The views on the way up from Grindelwald are spectacular! We had two trains up and one train down plus a gondola ride to get back to Grindelwald. Very smooth and we were not bothered by the altitude.
The clouds prevented any views from the top but we enjoyed the Ice Palace. It is crowded at the top but our tour had no issues because our experienced guide knew how to navigate and keep us moving. We ate at the self ordering restaurant and it was easy and fast. The lasagna was quite good.
Booking this tour to go to Jungfraujoch really makes sense. It removes the hassles of trying to get around and you benefit from a guide that knows the area. The photos we got were enhanced because Kid pointed out what was coming up and he even took many photos for us and of us. We could not have had the same experience by going on our own.
Kid is full of energy and truly takes care of the tour group as he navigates the crowds. His style is straightforward and needs to be to keep the tour on time and moving. He includes the entire group and is quick to ask for your camera to take photos and videos of the scenery and of you. He jokes around and is not offensive in anyway. We felt organized and fully taken care of by Kid.
We travel and take many tours and this ranks at the top with the very best!

5 stars experience with our amazing tour guide Kid - This tour was amazing , one of the best tours I’ve had in years and all because of our dear tour guide Kid. Kid was amazing . So funny but at the same time very professional and caring . He took care of each one of us and made sure we all felt included. It was amazing to see how in a few hours he knew each one of us by name . Kid is excellent, very professional and every tour guide should learn from him. 5 stars experience !!

Great Tour-Highly Recommend! - This was an amazing trip--highly recommend! The views were gorgeous and we had plenty of time for pictures throughout the trip at all the different spots! Our tour guide, Kid, was absolutely fantastic and an excellent photographer! Had such a great time!

Amazing trip of a lifetime - Sights are breathtaking from the train(s). We got on an off trains several times then had to walk through a very long tunnel. This was very hard for me as I am claustrophobic. I thought the Ice Cave would be smaller but it also is tunnel-like. By then we were a bit light-headed from the altitude which was a bit scary. If I had known about the tunnel(s) I might not have bought the trip. ( I do not remember warnings about this in the description but it should be mentioned. In other situaitons where I felt claustrophic I could skip that portion of the tour but I dont know where I would have been able to go in this case). In any case, the ultimate summit and subsequent cable car were breathtaking!
Finally, our guide Kid was the best! He had us laughing the whole trip! He directed us to seats in the trains, fielded us through other tourists and propelled us quickly through the day. He was informative at each stop where there were rest rooms, and told us when to take pictures. If you were on one side and a better view was on the other side, he would take the picture for you! And he recharged phones for guests if batteries ran low. We were surprised how fast we had to move - not a problem for us but you would be in trouble if you were slow. There was little time to eat lunch or shop (we were ok with that but some other guests were rushed).
All in all we were very glad we were able to take the trip even though I'm still having nightmares about the tunnel. Kid is a very special guide! He made us feel very welcome and cared for. And our bus driver did a great job negotiating the curves. I'm sorry we didnt write down his name.

Phenomenal Tour! - Our tour guide, Kid, was so much fun! He took photos of us at every stop and was super entertaining! I have never laughed so much in one day! The views on this trip were beyond amazing! Be sure to bring a warm coat and sun glasses if you are lucky enough to have a sunny day like we did! I highly recommend this tour!

A must! - Very beautiful day, we we blessed with perfect weather!
Altitude at Jungfrau is really high, expect to feel unbalanced, just seeing everyone sledding, skiiing and boarding around just shows you how much the alps is a part of daily life.
Advice to travelers, be prompt and punctual, this tour does not wait as they follow the cable car and train schedules, you take too long taking pictures or whatever, the tour will continue without you.
