Wonderful day in Barossa - We very much enjoyed this tour. Past wine tours in other areas were repetitive, with lots of samples of medium to poor quality wines. but this day was different. Our guide/driver Stephen was engaging and informative. We had a small group. After a pleasant drive and orientation, our first winery was a treat, with a highly informative and interesting rep. They gay continued with down walk, and we had a lovely high quality lunch and small tasting. Later we toured the Chateau with another very interesting guide and a glass of their wine. Overall, the day was very well balanced with different experiences, not a repetition of tastings in the same sort of setting. Super enjoyable. Highly recommend this as a day trip.

Barossa Valley wine tour - Athol was an excellent and informative guide. The tour of the smaller wine producers was very interesting and some of the wines tasted were of the highest quality. Barossa valley also a very pleasant area to travel round. Overall a great day

The perfect gift! - I surprised my sister for her birthday! My sister had never been to the Barossa, after moving to Adelaide many years ago. The tour was the perfect day of boutique wines, good food and great company! Our bus driver Peter, provided us with history of places we were driving through, as well as fun banter. We met people on the day from France, Gold Coast and Adelaide. Would highly recommend this day trip to locals and visitors to Adelaide, as you get to see our city from a different perspective!

OK, great lunch! - Good experience. Guide did a good job managing the multiple ages, personalities and the fact that many of the participants were not wine drinkers. Tour wasn't as fun, but the personality of the participants didn't work very well.

Roger gave us interesting... - Roger gave us interesting facts about Adelaide and the Barossa region. There was a good variety of wine tastings, in which we found the wines to lack the intensity of flavour. Very enjoyable day though.

Recommend this tour - Excellent tour, good variety. Peter our driver had a great dry sense of humour, was thoughtful & attentive & was a considerate driver. He told interesting stories of the area & was helpful. Each place we visited we had sufficient time & did not feel rushed or "herded". Our lunch was excellent, had variety, was presented well & was tasty. Only thing I could criticise was it needs a step/stool to get in & out the bus. I have knee & hip problems & it was awkward & painful. One elderly lady, short in stature, actually threw herself on the bus then literally crawled up the stairs - in white pants - because it was too high for her to raise her legs high enough to get on. Another elderly gentleman who looked to have had a stroke or major accident, also had problems.
