Amazing experience! - We had an amazing experience with our tour! We were able to see all places without any changes of schedule. Our guesthouse was great, including homemade tasty food that is very filling. Also, we enjoyed a private bedroom for our family (three people) with private bathroom.
Our guide Dilnaz was excellent, she’s a lively person and fun to be around, and she speaks great english, so it’s easy to communicate with her. We had a great time talking to her, as she provided us with a lot of useful information about kazakh culture, traditions, music, and even just about interesting facts about life in Kazakhstan. The bonfire was really fun, where we could play games and dance to music in a very lively atmosphere, even though we were in winter.
Overall, the relation of price-quality is great and we would recommend it to anyone visiting almaty.

Recommended! We enjoyed alot! - We took the 3 days tour and it was all worth it!
Special thanks to Tomi, Daniel, Zhan, Anel and to our very safe driver Manat! You made our tour very memorable and we definitely recommend JoinMe Asia with our family and friends.
1st day - City Tour
2nd day - Kaindy Lake and Kolsay Lake
3rd day - Black Canyon, Moon Canyon and Charyn Canyon
We paid $124 (each) for Comfort Package. We are 2 in the room with attached bathroom. We didn’t expect much but the room is pretty decent and can fit 4 people actually.
We also have our luggages since we didn’t book a separate hotel while we are in JoinMe Asia tour. The bus can fit all the luggages.
Go to the Bonfire! It was fun! (you can bring your own drinks if you want)
Things to remember:
1. Bring cash
1.1 (Payment for Horse Backriding going to Kaindy Lake - recommended 8,000 Tenge)
1.2 (Payment for lunch food going to Charyn Canyon - 3,000 Tenge to 4,000 Tenge, it is better to buy the lunch in one of the stops instead of buying from Charyn Canyon since it is more expensive)
1.3 (Payment for using washroom (100 Tenge)
2. Bring water (Mandatory) and snacks (Optional). Maybe the breakfast will not be as per your liking so better bring something for yourself in case.
3. Energy! Bring more energy with you since you will need that in those 3 days!
Optional - Bring mask since the road going to Kaindy is very dusty.

A great trip to natural beauty of lakes and canyon - Despite starting at the odd time of 8pm, everything was orderly planned with guesthouses owners out to receive us at 2 or 3 am in Saty village.The quest house rooms were simple but clean, adequate and okay. The hostess prepared simple home cooked meals and we got to experience fresh rural food. The excursions to the lakes were exciting, interesting and beautiful and we can come back to the guesthouse for lunch and dinner. I guess with this 3 days trip we have more time at each stop and less of a rush. The tour guide Roland was very professional, experienced and did a good job managing about 50 guests staying at multiple locations in Saty. Well done Roland, the Driver and Joinme Asia and the friendly people in the group.

The worst agency in Almaty - This is the worst agency you can deal with, we booked with a private tour, with hotel and private guide for Kaindy and Kolsay lakes, 2 days tour with a hotel in Kolsay.
The guide told us he will arrive at 7am, then he said 8am, but he actually arrived at 9h30am. So that's first red flag.
The guide himself doesn't speak English well, despite asking for English speaking guide, on top of that he barely speaks, he doesn't provide any value at all, at some point why we have a driver and a guide, the driver is enough, because the guide sid not provide any value whatsoever.
They had bad planning, no stops planned for lunch or snacks.
When arrived (finally) to the Kolsay where we were supposed to stay, we had to wait more than 2 hours in the car simply because of their bad planning again, as they forgot to call the hotel to provide transportation from parking to the Hotel.
To make matter even worse, they kept telling us its normal to wait for 2hrs, but everyone around us left in 15min from when they arrived.
I would think twice before booking with these guys, look for a more serious agency or even better, rent a car a do the tour by yourself, roads are well kept.

Think Before Book with them. - If you are search for Repeat then you are at the wrong place. “Yes, I went on a tour with them, but they gave me a very hard time. They don’t show any respect, they have no proper information, and they haven’t been trained on how to deal with customers. They are rude, quarrelsome, and insulting.”

Don’t waste your Money - This is not an Organized Tour Agency, they don't know anything, they won't give you any respect, you will waste your time by booking a tour with them. It was BiG mistake of my life that i travel with him. I recommend please don’t book any travel with them.
