As you journey to Amsterdam, you will pass through charming countryside landscapes and iconic windmills. Upon reaching the Amsterdam area, there will be a stop at ‘Rembrandthoeve,’ a traditional Dutch cheese and wooden clog farm situated near the Amstel River. As you enter the city, you will encounter the Netherlands’ National Bank, the renowned Heineken brewery, and The Painting Gallery, showcasing masterpieces by Dutch artists like Rembrandt and Van Gogh. From Saint-Nicolas Church, enjoy a 20-minute walk past the neo-gothic Central Station to the royal palace on Dam Square. Here, you will have leisure time to take a boat tour or stroll by the ‘coffee’ shops, the Red-light district, and more.
Upon leaving the city, the route will guide you past picturesque houseboats and a replica ship of the East India Company.
