Great experience - We had 2 tour guides - one on the bus from the company and then one who lived in Bruges and gave us the local information - Mike. He was great. Provided pictures showing historical information as well as what it looks like present day. Very informative. Enjoyed it immensely.

Shabby management of the local tour company. No "Viator - tour company - tourist" bridge. We almost missed this. - I almost missed this. The company that arranges this tour has 3 people handing out tickets to 100 tourists and a long line forms in front of the office. We had to run to catch the bus. In 2025 when everything is automated, here we still have to stand in the line to get a printed ticket. Very unprofessional. The reason I gave 4 stars is that the tour itself is excellent and the tour guide and the bus driver work hard to make your experience enjoyable!! It's for them.

Quick tour of Brugge - No stops on the way to Brugge, but they have a toilet on board which is helpful. The guide was great, lots of information. Walking tour was nice as we had no idea what was in Brugge, after walking tour we had about 3 hours to explore the city.

Bruges was absolutely... - Bruges was absolutely gorgeous. A "traffic jam" caused a delay of 45 minutes in the bus's departure from the time we were instructed to be in line. That time in line was spent in the cold, without bathroom, and standing. Our tour guide was charming and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the headsets didn't work. My husband and I were able to stay close to the tour guide, but 30+ others were not.

Unreliable Service & Poor Customer Support – Avoid This Tour Company - I had a highly disappointing experience with Tours and Tickets. I booked a tour over the counter at their Amsterdam Centraal office, and their representative assured me that I would be notified if the tour was canceled. However, I never received any cancellation email or notification. On the day of the tour, after traveling a long distance specifically to join the trip to Bruges, I arrived at their office only to be informed that the tour was canceled. This was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined our plans. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse. Their staff showed little concern for the inconvenience caused, and despite having only a few customers to manage, they failed to send a simple email about the cancellation. If you’re considering booking a tour with this company, think twice. There are many more reliable travel agencies that respect their customers’ time and money. I strongly advise looking for a more trustworthy operator to avoid the disappointment we faced.
