In the local fresh pasta class, participants will use local and seasonal flours, eggs, and ingredients. Sauces will include options of meat, fish, or vegetarian. Teresa is happy to adapt recipes to accommodate dietary needs, so please mention any requirements when booking.
The skills gained from the cooking class at Teresa’s home will include not only recipes but also a piece of Sicily to share with family and friends.
As a special gift, participants will receive a list of local sauces for pasta or bruschetta to take home.

This is a genuine experience focused on the craft of creating fresh handmade pasta. Using simple ingredients like local flours and eggs, participants will create three different pasta shapes. They will learn essential techniques for dough preparation, rolling, and shaping, while uncovering secrets passed down through Sicilian tradition. The activity lasts approximately two and a half hours, is customizable, and Teresa also provides instruction on sauces. Please note that local flours contain gluten.
