Teresa, your instructor, hails from Syracuse and has been teaching cooking classes in her villa with a garden for six years. Now, she continues her culinary lessons in a winter setting, at her apartment just steps away from Ortigia, offering traditional recipes that are deeply rooted in her family’s gastronomic heritage. Participants will prepare three typical seasonal Sicilian dishes, embarking on a journey through local flavors rich in history, passion, and memory. The recipes will vary and can be adapted to accommodate dietary needs. While Teresa prefers to maintain the authenticity of recipes to preserve their original flavors, she is flexible in meeting dietary requirements.
The class is held in a cozy apartment located in the heart of the city, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Participants will be actively involved in every step of the process, from kneading the dough to discovering the little secrets that make each recipe special.
