Aswan - An Egypt Gift Tours licensed Egyptology tour guide will collect guests from their hotel in Aswan’s east bank between 4 and 4:30 am for the Abu Simbel trip (shared group in a bus or minibus), with a drive lasting approximately 4 hours.
Abu Simbel Temple Complex - Explore one of Egypt’s most remarkable sites; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel, renowned for their unique design, built for King Ramesses II and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Return to Aswan around 2 to 2:30 pm to collect luggage and transfer to a 5-star cruise for check-in and lunch.
Temple of Kom Ombo - At approximately 2:30 pm, the cruise will set sail towards Kom Ombo. Upon arrival in Kom Ombo city, visit the dual temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Return to the cruise for dinner and continue sailing to Edfu for an overnight stay.
Note: On Mondays and Fridays, the cruise begins sailing to Kom Ombo early on day 2 around 5 am. All excursions listed in the itinerary will be completed, but the order may vary according to the cruise schedule.
