• Plaça Reial - Experience a premium cooking class led by professional chefs, featuring locally sourced ingredients. The class includes a guided tour of the La Boquería market with our chef, who will share fascinating stories about the vendors and the rich history of Catalan gastronomy and its traditions.

Participants will enjoy a tasting of 10 Tapas, each paired with different wines, and gain insights into Spanish gastronomy through these Tapas. Every participant will have the opportunity to cook all the dishes on the menu. For instance, a Paella is prepared for every 2-3 participants. The class is intimate, with a maximum of 11 participants.

Set in a historic and iconic location in Barcelona’s city center, the class takes place in an 18th-century apartment owned by a Catalan aristocratic family, beautifully renovated while preserving its grandeur.

Whether a kitchen novice or a cooking enthusiast, everyone will delight in learning to prepare the Just Royal traditional menu, which includes Spanish omelette, seafood paella, and Crema Catalana. Additionally, the workshop is generously accompanied by a continuous flow of wine, enhancing both the cooking and dining experience.

The cooking class takes place at a culinary school with expert chefs, ensuring participants learn genuine recipes and optimal preparation techniques. It is the most comprehensive gastronomic experience available in Barcelona. Participants will begin by visiting La Boquería market with the chef or their assistant. Upon returning, they will sample 10 tapas paired with various wines, while the chef shares the history of Spanish cuisine through these tapas. Participants will enjoy learning to prepare a full traditional Spanish menu, including Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelette, and Crema Catalana. The menu can be customized to accommodate any dietary preferences: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc. Beverages are provided during the tapas tasting, throughout the cooking class, and at lunch or dinner.
