A great experience - We were very satisfied with this trip. Black and White Desert are one of a kind natural beauty and the night sky is amazing. We were picked up by the driver, in a van, from our hotel. In the Oasis we changed for the 4x4 with local guides. In the desert we were accompanied by two very brave drivers, they were great and cooked a delicious dinner. You must keep in mind that this is an adventure, not a luxurious escape and that during the night the desert is pretty chilly so you need warm clothes. The tents are well equipped, with a sleeping bag and warm covers. In conclusion, I strongly recommend using this agency to plan your trip to the Black and Withe Desert.

The trip to black and white desert - Wonderful trip, very well organised, I was picked up from my hotel, although it was not officially listed. The itinerary went according to the plan. The meals were very good. I definitely recommend it.

You'll see amazing desert views. - It was an experience of another world with amazing desert scenery. This is a tour that you can enjoy without any problems even if you don't speak English.

A great adventure - The whole trip was amazing. The friendly guides took care of simply everything. They played the drum at the fire in the evening and it was such a nice gathering. We had enough time to watch everything along the way. The white desert was our favourite. Impressive rocks in special forms. We got a delicious barbecue at night. We highly recommend the trip.

Incredible, wonderful, worth every penny - It was an incredibly exciting, interesting and warm encounter with the whole team. The trip to the deserts and the overnight stay on site were unique experiences. Mohammed, Mustafa, Mosaab and their team were so welcoming and looked after and accompanied us the whole time. The trip is worth every penny. There were four of us with two children there and also the two were delighted. Especially sandboarding.

Lovely experience - Beautiful trip to the desert, everything works as expected, the view of the Sahara is totally worth it. The tour does the job, some points like the hot springs feels unnecessary as there is not so much to see or do there, they are artesian bores not really natural hot springs. The view of the sky at night, the sunrise at dawn and the dinner with the guide made the experience already memorable. I would have liked to learn more about the desert, the context and historical background, not much information is provided other than the names and schedule.

Unfortunate Experience in the Desert - The details provided prior to booking this trip were nothing of what we experienced. The details did not specify only back packs and small bags allowed into desert. The lunch provided at the lodge before we left was terrible. We were told prior to departing the lodge for the desert there was no running water or toilets available at the camp site. If you had to go to the bathroom you just used a place behind a rock. There was no trash containers to put used toilet paper in or a set up wash station for your hands . All around the area of the camp site you saw used toilet paper, kleenex and wet naps flying around. It is absolutely outrageous and disheartening that there is no regard to protect or preserve the area which is deemed as a National Park. The tent provided had broken zippers on the door. The sleeping bags and blankets provided were continuously passed along from group to group, thus it is questionable on the laundering of the equipment. We were told to bring bathing suits for a swim in a natural oasis. The oasis turned out to be a man made concrete pool that has pumped water into it. The pool was covered in green slimy algae and it was surrounded by garbage and flies. No change rooms available even if someone would actually consider getting into it. The scenery truly is spectacular and night sky is an experience of a life time. If you book this trip do not have high expectations, have wet naps, kleenex and a back pack. You won't need a bathing suit. Bring warm clothes for the evening as it gets cold in the night. This trip is bare bones where you are sleeping on the ground either in a tent or under the stars. The dinner provided at the camp site was good. It was cooked over an open fire by the guides. If they continue to have no environmental practices it is unfortunate that the area will just turn into another land fill.
