Highly recommended - Communication was smooth. I lost my internet access but they waited for me with a sign upon arrival. Pam pan picked me up and was a good driver. I felt safe as a solo traveler. He Great Wall of China is a must visit and after the hiking, there’s a bottle of water in the car that they provided which is nice. They gave a souvenir gift in the end which is a nice touch.
Shoutout to James as well which ensure everything is fine until the end.

Super flexible but very organised and knowledgeable - Super helpful and really flexible - we were pushed for time due to the slow visa process, but our driver organised everything quickly to make sure we could make the last bus/cable car. He paid for everything for us so we didn't have to stop to take out cash and got tickets arranged on the way to save time. We wouldn't have made it without that. Thank you!

Highly recommended! - We booked the tour from PEK to Great Wall, selecting the option for transfer only. Both the operator James and our driver Pan were lovely, we had some last minute changes due to flight delay and they were very accommodating! Highly recommended if you are on a layover in Beijing.

Great tour and driver! - I really recommend! Gao was great, picked us up early from the airport, took us to The Great Wall, explained how to get the cable car and shuttle bus and took us to an ATM to be able to get money when our Alipay didnt work. He also dropped us in the city center as we requested and even gave us a little gift! He definitely made the start of our short experience of Beijing amazing!

Perfect tour to spend one layover day in Beijing - Everything was perfect. The driver was on time and he was very kind and helpful. And Mutianyu is amazing. We have been very lucky and saw it under the snow.

It couldn't be better - Better impossible. The tour to the Great Wall was amazing. We booked the private transportation from and back to the airport PEK without tour guide. We had a transit from 5 til 14:30 and we had enough time at the wall to relax, walk, admire and then be back at the airport 2 hours and a half before the flight . I can highly recommend this tour operator. They wrote us within the next 5 minutes after I booked, and they were very clear so that we felt confident at all times. The driver met us with a plate with my name on it at the exit of the airport. Nevertheless, they also told us the name and plates of the car one day in advance, so that we felt even more safe. Exactly as explained in the tour option that we chose, the driver did not speak english, but he was always ready to use his translator. For an extra price an english speaking tour guide is available but I assure you, at least for us nothing more was necessary, and we didn't need to worry about any details. He bought the tickets we wanted for us: chair lift to go up and the toboggan to go down. A key aspect of this tour for us was their flexibility: our arrival time was early, so they were very kind to pick us up earlier and we could avoid every queue at the wall. 👌

. - We had James as the driver on the Chinese wall tour. He was very attentive, helpful and very punctual. We arrived at the airport on time, so much so that we booked it again with a city tour. A 10!!

Great Wall, Beijing China - Zou was an excellent guide. Even though we were unable to speak the same language, we downloaded an app and were able to communicate thru the app. He was pleasant and made for a fun trip. Highly recommend this trip.
