• Beijing - Your private English-speaking driver will greet you in the hotel lobby, holding a sign with your booking name. You’ll then travel in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. While pick-up times are flexible, an early start is recommended to avoid crowds. We will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pick-up time.
• Mutianyu Great Wall - Next, you’ll be transferred to the Mutianyu Great Wall. There will be no stops at factories or shops along the way. Typically, the journey from the hotel to the Great Wall takes about 1.5 hours, traffic permitting. Upon arrival, your driver will assist you in purchasing entrance tickets (not included) and suggest the best route for exploring the Great Wall. You can choose between a chairlift up and slide down or a cable car up and down (not included). Your driver will offer the best advice based on your preferences. You can explore or hike the Great Wall for about 2 hours, depending on your situation. The driver will wait for you at a designated meeting point during your hike.

• Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - After hiking the Great Wall, you might want something to eat. Your driver can recommend restaurants based on your preferences. The drive from the Great Wall to the Summer Palace takes about 1.5 hours. Spend approximately 2 hours at the Summer Palace, where highlights include the Long Corridor, Seventeen Arches Bridge, Qingyan Stone Boat, Kunming Lake, and Longevity Hill. Explore the magnificent 18th-century Imperial gardens with or without your guide, taking time to admire the palatial buildings and pavilions and pose for photos by the picturesque lakes and bridges.
