Excellent zoo - Well thought out zoo. Easy to navigate. All animal exhibits setup to ensure each animal was able to be viewed. Would recommend.

Family visit with elderly relatives - Great place to visit with people very young or old. We visited today with my Mum in a wheelchair and the staff were fab. She got a disabled reduced rate and my stepdad came in for free as a ‘carer’ We then borrowed a buggie for her which made the whole site accessible. There’s loads to see and plenty of places to stop to rehydrate! (Yes we’re English and not used to weather without rain!) Saw most of the animals we wanted but some of them were also hiding in the shadows. Had a brilliant few hours there and would strongly recommend! Upon leaving we handed the buggie back snd the friendly staff called us a taxi so only €12 back into Benidorm town.

A Memorable Day at the Zoo - We were a bit hesitant to visit this zoo because we had read some critical reviews, but in the end, we’re so glad we decided to go. We really enjoyed it!
The birds of prey show was especially impressive. It’s amazing to see falcons hunting live or watch a griffon vulture so close you can almost touch it. A huge marabou stork even brushed the tops of our heads with its wings! Parrots and ibises were walking freely along the paths with visitors, which made it feel very special.
There are also many animals from Africa, Asia, and South America. An elephant reached out its trunk to us, we saw a tiger swimming, and although the rhinos turned their backs to us, we watched an otter sniffing around a tree trunk for hidden fish. Our son was especially happy to see the TikTok star — the capybara.
We also liked the reptile house with venomous snakes and spiders. It was interesting to read about them and then try to spot them among the branches.
The tickets are quite expensive, but the zoo often offers discounts and special deals. We don’t regret visiting at all — it’s a great zoo with lots to see. Totally worth it for families, animal lovers, or anyone who wants to spend a fun day outdoors!

Great zoo - We visited here 2 year after the first visit, still an amazing zoo. Lots to see and lots to do. The animals look well looked after and it's nice to get a little closer like with the rinos and camals.

Recommended! - Fantastic selection of animals, here they have the most! The bird show was also very good but big and small different birds. Great cool experience, we came before the joint holiday so was quiet and well and could enjoy the park without so many people. The only thing that makes it not score full pot was that it was a bit awkward to navigate around, a lot of deadtime if you go wrong. Should have a map in hand and not just the big ones coming here and there.

For the price of tickets we expected more - We went on a Tuesday and all the restaurants but one were closed.
All experiences, especially if you go with children have an additional cost, also parking is paid for separately.
We lacked more park staff so that in some precincts I could guide you or make some introduction how it happens in other parks.
It gave us the feeling that in the summer months they focus more on the water park and neglect the Zoo a bit.

Nice Park, but some animal enclosures were not adequate and enough shade - Overall it was a good day out,but really hot ,and we felt, some of the animals enclosures were small and not enough shade especially the elephants znd the tigers they seemed to be a bit stressed, typically pacing backwards and forwards, repetitively we felt really sorry for them and upset, if this problem was addressed would have been a better day.

It's a disgrace the conditions of the muntjar with the bats - Animals are usually well fed, there are very small areas such as the panthers and lionesses area that leaves quite a lot to be desired for the type of animal it houses, but the muntjar with the bats that has no name, an animal trying to flee, stressed .. etc. It is a shame as you can have an animal like the muntjar caged in 10 m2 surrounded by huge bats.Notice the stress suffered by the animal , anyone with a minimum of empathy can realize the dismal and shameful conditions in which the animal is.

         - Terrible experience costs €38 each the enclosures are small and dirty animals look starving, and lonely I understand you pay to help the zoo out I can’t see any improvements for the ticket price justification,
Such a shame I love zoos and animals it’s heart breaking to see how sad they all are.

Mala - I smelled like you could fall back. Animals in tiny cages and cages, many of them unshaded with the elevated temperatures recorded
