Taking in the scenery of Cameron Highland - Jaie has taken me on an outstanding tour on which he showed all the highlights of the region. The visits to the tea plantations were great. It's was also a day to learn a lot about the history of the region, the Orang Asli and much more . The transport was comfortable, safe and Jaie takes well care of you !

Family Discovery in the Cameron Highlands - We are a family of 5 with two children and a 3-month-old baby, and we had a great day with our guide Jai. He has been able to adapt to our pace with great flexibility and kindness. Jai made us discover the local cuisine in the morning with a delicious breakfast (white coffee and toast), then an excellent meal with nasi lemak and rendang ayam, a real treat! His passion is communicative, he shared with us many interesting explanations about the history of the city and the tea plantations. He was always listening, and we were able to take beautiful photos throughout the day. The trip, even with two children and a baby, went perfectly. Thanks again to Jai for this great experience! 😊🙏

I have come away from today with an abundance of new fascinating facts and experiences. I got to experience and gain an understanding of so much more than I was expecting or could have asked for. Jaie really went above and beyond with every aspect of day and it was very much worth paying a little extra. Unforgettable tour - My adventure in the Cameron Highlands with guide Jai was simply unforgettable! From the immensely beautiful, greener than green landscape to the rich cultural experiences. Every moment was well planned and personalized. The insights into local traditions, along with tasting delicacies, were both educational and delightful. Guide Jai was not only knowledgeable, but also brought a good dose of energy and humor that made the tour as very interesting and pleasant. This isn't just a tour, it's an experience, and one I can warmly recommend to anyone who wants to explore the Cameron Highlands. Special thanks to my driver Faiz for the safe, comfortable and enjoyable journey. Great tour at the Cameron Highlands! - This day trip from Ipoh to the Cameron Highlands was a real travel highlight for us! Our guide grew up there and showed with a lot of heart, humor and exciting stories how the region has developed. Thanks to his personal connection to the area, we were able to take so much more with us than on a typical tour – it was lively, approachable and just really authentic. The tour also inspired us in culinary terms: We were allowed to try local specialties that we probably never would have chosen on our own – that was great! The atmosphere was relaxed, warm and pleasant. A day that will be remembered for a long time. Danke Jaies!

Wonderful guided tour - Our tour guide Jaies was exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about Cameron Highlands’ history and culture. He enriched our experience with visits to two different tea plantations, where we learned about the tea-making process and see stunning panoramic views. His expertise felt almost botanical as he effortlessly named numerous flowers in the O&R Garden. Through insightful stories and respectful interactions with the indigenous community, he shared with us their traditions and way of life. On top of all this, he kept us well-fed throughout the trip, treating us to delicious local snacks and meals along the way.

A dive into Malaysian culture and gastronomy - Jaies is a wonderful guide, empathetic, very prepared and above all very kind. Found by chance on Google I decided to contact him by phone and he sent me all the details of the program. Jaies spent a whole day trying (100% successful) to meet our requests. It gave us a unique experience, a dive into Malaysian culture, Malaysian gastronomy... And all this is priceless. Always kind, smiling. If you plan to spend a day in the Cameron Highlands I highly recommend Jaies. Exceptional guide but above all exceptional man with a great passion for tourism.

Truly the best tour to the Cameron Highlands! - Jai was an AMAZING tour guide - the tour completely exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe the entire journey and I learned so much: history, tea plantations and production, geography, plants, animals, Indigenous cultures - and we did heaps more than what was listed in the itinerary. Jai showed me authentic South Indian and Malaysian food, catering to my dietary requirements and was also a fabulous photographer! Highly recommend going on a tour with Jai!

A glorified taxi service - Unsure if I just had a bad guide, but this was not worth it. It felt like a glorified taxi service. I booked this tour based on the review and feel extremely disappointed and short changed. It's unclear what the expectation is from your so called 'guide' but mine basically didn't get out the car throughout the whole day, told me very little about the region and spent a significant amount of time taking calls from other people. I was therefore just left to wander places by myself so I'd have learned more about the Cameron Highlands by reading the Wikipedia page. Even for the Market, my 'guide' by passed the big market, taking me to a few stalls in a place near it which only a handful of stalls open and almost none offering the fresh fruits and vegetables promised. While I was able to see an additional strawberry farm and a honey farm, I think this was because my 'guide' knew that we wouldn't be able to fill the 10-12 hours for the tour duration otherwise. I was tempted to just ask him to take me home after the first stop, so I didn't waste the whole day. As a solo traveller, I was charged the price of two people (over 950 Ringitt). Yet, from what I can understand most of the entry to these places are free with only two places requiring a ticket which costs between 10-20 Ringitt. I know that lunch is included and costs for fuel and a wage are too but to be charged 900 Ringitt for this doesn't make sense, especially for what you get. I usually don't book trips through Viator, I prefer Airbnb Experiences, but after this trip I don't think I will ever use Viator again in the future.
