• Cairo - Begin your journey at Cairo airport, where a professional tour guide will greet you outside the terminal, holding a sign with your name. You will then be transported privately.
• Giza Plateau - The tour starts and concludes at Cairo airport. Upon arrival, an Emo Tours guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your name outside the passenger area. You will be taken to Giza City in a private air-conditioned vehicle to commence your day tour. Visit the Giza Pyramids, including the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Cheops is the largest pyramid ever constructed. Next, get an up-close view of The Sphinx, a grand funerary complex guarded by the legendary lion’s body with King Chephren’s face. Additionally, visit the Valley Temple, where King Chephren’s body was mummified.
• Great Pyramid of Cheops (Khufu) - Khufu’s pyramid complex includes a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman. Diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been discovered, but the site remains unexcavated. The valley temple was linked to a causeway, largely destroyed during the village’s construction.
• Khafre’s Pyramid - Khafre’s pyramid complex features a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple revealed several statues of Khafre, discovered in a well in the temple floor by Mariette in 1860, with further finds by Sieglin (1909–10), Junker, and Reisner.
• Menkaure Pyramid - Menkaure’s pyramid complex comprises a valley temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple, and the king’s pyramid. The valley temple once housed several statues of Menkaure. During the 5th Dynasty, a smaller ante-temple was added to the valley temple. The mortuary temple also contained several statues of Menkaure.
• Great Sphinx - Visit the Sphinx Statue, where the guide will help you capture beautiful photos, selecting the best locations for memorable shots.
