Friendly and knowledeable guide - The guide is an actual archaeologist. He explains the history pretty well. And he is able to answer many of our curious questions.

My magical time in Cairo - Mahmoud is very well informed on everything regarding Cairo. He made us feel very comfortable and he makes the information super easy to digest. Cairo tour guide - Mahmoud Adel was our tour guide for a full day trip. He was really knowledgeable about the history of each location and we learnt a lot. He also organised a driver for us and picked us up from the hotel. He was very flexible with tailoring the tour to suit our needs. We've recommended him to multiple friends and they have all had good experiences with him.

Great tour with an expert guide - We had a hugely enjoyable day with Mahmoud adel as our guide as he is hugely knowledgeable and gave us so much info on a huge subject . He’s also flexible on the itinerary so we could make the most of the short stay we had which we very much appreciated . I would also recommend him for other tours as his Egyptology research and background is extensive. We were picked up and accompanied throughout the tour which made a world of difference in a city like cairo as we would never have been able to see what we did solo ….

Nothing to say... - Nothing to say about the Agency, careful in requests for communication. Instead the guide - requested by us speaking Spanish - from the beginning proved to be inadequate, with an investigative attitude that I interpreted aimed at understanding the "weight" of the prey. Not to mention before the visit to Coptic Cairo he invited us not to buy anything in the place - so much for religious tolerance - and my wife is a Christian Catholic ... For the rest, he made us stop at shops where the feeling he had was to be ATMs subject to withdrawal for commission. The straw that broke the camel's back was that in the store, this time chosen by us, we had seen a football outfit at 18 euros for our grandson, but they did not have the right size, so the guide told us that she would take us to a store where we would find the product not "Chinese" but Egyptian quality, and certainly with the size we needed. Result: product found in size necessary, perfectly identical to what we had, seen at the modest figure of 80 euros!! At my complaint the scandalized guide told us that it was a quality fabric outfit and not a "cineseria". Too bad he didn't know that I know enough about fabrics from experience... Then I realized that this person has never traveled outside his country, and his inferences were dictated by the wisdom of those who think they are the smartest. I repeat, nothing against the Agency, but with my wife we were really bitter by the poor attitude of the guide.
