• Moraine Lake - Arriving at least 45 minutes before sunrise, you’ll have the unique chance to experience Moraine Lake in peaceful solitude, well before the crowds arrive. As you step off the vehicle, you’ll be greeted with a warm beverage in your hands and a thoughtfully prepared bag containing a headlamp, blanket, and sit pad, ensuring you’re comfortable and cozy as you settle in to watch the first light break over the lake.

Once everyone is ready, your guide will lead the way to the Rockpile, offering local insights into the best spots for photography or simply enjoying the stunning surroundings. Wrapped in your blanket, with the crisp morning air around you, you’ll feel the magic of the moment as the tranquil beauty of the lake unfolds before your eyes. For the next two and a half hours, you’re free to explore, relax, or capture the beauty around you at your own pace.

• Lake Louise - Feel free to leave your belongings securely in the vehicle—your driver will be there, waiting at the van, ready to continue the next chapter of your adventure when it’s time to move on.

At Lake Louise, your guide will lead you to the lake entrance, pointing out the best spots for photos, trailheads, and ways to make the most of your two hours at the lake. They’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you might have and assist with your photos, ensuring you capture the perfect shot of the stunning landscape. Whether you choose to stroll along the lakeshore trail, hike to the Fairview Lookout, or admire the grandeur of the beautiful Fairmont Château Lake Louise, you’ll have plenty of time to appreciate what makes this destination so special—without feeling rushed.

• Minimum Age: 6 years. For safety and comfort, we cannot accommodate children under 6.
• You will receive your specific pickup time by email at least 2–3 days prior to your tour date. Please make sure to check for this email, as your pickup time will depend on your selected location.
• Our tours proceed rain, shine, or snow (yes, even in the summer!). However, in extreme weather conditions, we prioritize your safety and comfort—so we’ll either reschedule your tour or offer a refund.
• Watching the sunrise at Moraine Lake is chilly! Dress in layers to stay warm and ready for unpredictable mountain weather.
• In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
• No-shows, missed departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
• We require at least 4 guests for the tour to proceed. If we don’t reach this minimum number, we will offer you options to reschedule or receive a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
