Very Happy with Happy Shuttle - Ultimately I was pleased with Happy Shuttle. I thought the service and performance was good for the price. On my return from Breathless Riviera Cancun to the airport, I forgot my phone on the shuttle. We were able to get in touch with the company and the driver came back to the same spot to give me the phone, free of charge. They stayed with us on the phone til the moment the driver got there. This was something I really appreciated, and it was handled very professionally. I want to thank Cesar and Oscar on the phone for their professionalism and service, and of course our driver Benedicto for being ready and quick to respond when we forgot the phone. Roomy and Reliable - Excellent communication from the very start…. Exiting the airport looking for your ride in a foreign country can be daunting. Their instructions were spot on and easy to identify. The driver wisked us off to our hotel in no time. And the return trip was just as smooth.

Excellent service - We booked Happy Shuttle for our roundtrip from the airport to our Airbnb. It was easy to book, the vehicle was so clean and good AC. The driver was friendly and loaded all of our luggage for us. Great price. They were on time. I would definately use them again.

Happy Customers - I had a wonderful experience with Happy Shuttle. Both drivers from and to airport were phenomenal and drove very safe. I cannot recommend them enough. My drivers were Mr.Patricio Herrera and then returning to airport we had Mr. Nelson Alexis. Mr. Nelson gave me so much information on Cancun. Both of the drivers were so nice and friendly. I would recommend this transportation service to anyone.

No quality of service. - We couldn't find the person at arrival as she was sitting on the floor behind a wall. She never smiles and we had to wait 20 minutes for our driver. Upon leaving we were not allowed to choose our pick up time. And were left at the airport three hours early. Won't use them again.

Do NOT trust this shuttle company. - Do NOT trust this shuttle company. They will shower your email with endless marketing messages but not once confirm your flight information is accurate before the pick up. I was called saying I never showed up for my pick up, and when we confirmed they had the wrong information, they said I had to pay again. Even my dentist confirms the details in the run up to my appointments. I read every email they sent me and all were SPAM. Steer Clear!
