Happy Shuttle - highly recommend! - Prompt and friendly service! Great communication before the trip. Guides and drivers were great! Remind us Americans about the format of your date/month :-) it caused minor confusion which Happy Shuttle caught.

Reliable transportation - Driver was waiting for us at the airport and took us to our hotel. He asked for our return trip information and our pickup from hotel to airport went smoothly. Would highly recommend the roundtrip option for piece of mind.

Worry free transfer - The entire experience was pleasant from beginning to end. Booking online was effortless and the communication leading up to pick up was perfect. I would advise you to pay for your stay online instead of opting to pay at the airport due to spotty internet connection. The driver for my return trip was early for pick up and was very friendly taking us back to the airport. 10/10.

Great service, highly recommend - I travelled as a solo female to join my friends in the resort and felt so safe with my driver there and back to the airport. Highly recommend happy shuttle. They were punctual and easy to contact about a time change!

Bad service - Worse ever . We waited outside the airport no one from this company could be found . Then we walked to another terminal that was stayed with all my family and waited no one to be found . The only reason why we waited because o paid for this come. I’m not happy with this . I do not recommend this company to anyone

Not very happy with Happy Shuttle - Not very happy with Happy Shuttle. When I got to the airport they couldn’t find my reservation so I showed them my email confirmation and they still wouldn’t let me get on the shuttle so they sent not one but two shuttles without me and then finally found my reservation so I had to wait for a 3rd shuttle, it was almost 2 hours after landing before they put me on a shuttle to my hotel, then because I made the reservation for Black Friday I was supposed to get a free beer and even said something about it but the driver never offered it so I let it go, they showed up 30 minutes early to pick me up from my hotel to take me back to the airport and good thing I was sitting outside because I had no clue they were coming early and they only wait 10 minutes before leaving you
