Gracias Jesus Enrique - My husband had a heart attack, I wasn't allowed in the ambulance, I was crying and panicing, Jesus Enrique took me to hotel to drop off luggage then to the hospital. He helped me in, spoke to the receptionist, got me to where they had Jack and said that he was sorry, but he needed to leave. He was so compassionate and helpful, Happy Shuttle is lucky to have him! Thank you Jesus, sending you a hug.

So bad bad - 1、Extra fee will be charged for different pick-up and drop-off locations. before order tell me no need charge extra fee. 2、Delivery service There was a purpose in dropping us off at the wrong terminal. There were other strange staff who had to pay $50 to get us to the right terminal

Canceled reservation on us less than 24 hours before arrival - Booked this company for a roundtrip shuttle from the airport to the hotel a couple weeks prior to arriving. Received a booking confirmation at the time of booking but the company canceled on us less than 24 hours prior to arrival without any communication except that our reservation was canceled.

Extremely disappointing! - I was absolutely disappointed with this shuttle service. The day we arrived at the airport I checked my email to see where we should meet them and learned that they had canceled our reservation, for which I paid for, that morning with no explanation. Thankfully, I was able to find another service but we had to pay them after we had already painted Happy Shuttle. I will NEVER use them again and will be giving Smart Shuttle a raving review as they were great to work with even though it was last minute due to Happy Shuttle canceling.
