Great transportation service - They sent instructions in advance on where to go & even how to avoid scams. They wear a bright green, so very easy to find. Driver was professional and very friendly. Would definitely use again.

Lots of choices but use Happy Shuttle! - Just use them! I read about the craziness of the Cancun departure area so decided to pre-book our shuttle since ours did not offer one. I read many good reviews about Happy so decided to book it. Their website was easy to use, their communication was great & told us how to find them in the crowd. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for our shuttle from the airport but it was a busy day for them. Our return shuttle was spot on time. Both drivers were great, easy to talk to, very informative. I recommend Happy Shuttle.

Very Stress Free, great communication, great people, clean Vans. Easy to find them Green Shirts, and HS SIGNS .GOOD JOB - We picked Happy Shuttle based on all the great reviews. Just got back Sunday from Lagunamar Resort . Drivers have signs and wear Green Shirts outside of airport. They have clean Vans and provide excellent communication beforehand. We picked for just the 2 of us in the Van . On time, professional and friendly. Their prices are also great. No Worries. Just do it...

Great Shuttle Service - We were concerned about safety as we traveled right after the US military cartel operation. Our biggest concern was the transport to and from the airport since we stayed on property the entire trip. We waited about 15 minutes for our shuttle driver. It ended up being just us on the shuttle - both ways. Driver was professional and courteous. Pick up at hotel was right on time. Felt safe in the shuttle and I would use again 100%.

Happy Shuttle is Reliable - Company was waiting there when we arrived at the airport. We had to wait for our driver for about 15 minutes. Not a big deal. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The van was clean and had airconditioning.

Very slow Service. - Very disappointed. Had to wait 45 mins at airport while they took other people. We actually joined 2 private groups together to go sooner. We arrived at 4:15pm. Waited around for 45mins while they took other groups that came after us. Told them we wanted to catch the 530pm ferry. Drive was in no hurry to get us to ferry. We missed 530pm ferry and caught the 6pm ferry. Recommend using a different carrier or just take a taxi or Uber same price and get u there quicker
