Boat tour with snorkeling and a visit to Isla Mujeres - Captain Sergio and Deckhand junior were fantastic! We went on a 6 hour boat tour that included snorkeling over an old ship wreck and a stop in Isla Mujeres! The service and attention provided by the crew was superb!

Aldo ROCKS - We were happy lounging by our resort’s pool, unsure if we wanted to leave or have any adventures. After speaking with ALDO, this changed. He was an amazing ambassador for all of the tours available through Jet Pack, and he checked on us before, during and after. The tour was great, but the hospitality shown by Aldo was truly impressive. Well done!

Great tour for our family - We did the Isla Mujeres tour that allowed a max of 25 on the catamaran. We had a fantastic day on this tour! Our kids, 12 & 13, loved the snorkeling and time on the island. Would highly recommend. Adolfo Diaz helped get us on this boat along with an atv, zip line and sink hole jumping tour. Our kids had a blast! Adolfo was great sharing what to expect and making sure our kids had a blast. Thank you for the amazing family experience!

Great tour! - Nice tour! Great food, great spots, and kind people! But they are a few flaws. The ride was 7 hours long and only have 2-3 spots. Usually boat tours have like 4 spots. When the tour guide was speaking the microphone was not working well so really I just heard pfff afff ssss. But overall the tour was fun and my family and I had such a great time! If you’re coming to Cancun I would recommend you coming to Jetpack adventures!

Air conditioning is important in 30 degree weather!!!! - We started with a horrendous car ride with no air conditioning for 2 hours not to mention we got picked up last so other passengers in the car had to endure the heat way longer than us. Paid $180 CAD for an old transport van. When we got the the port it was up from there. Our guide Leo had good energy and was very welcoming. Our trip included sailing to Isla Mujeres, snorkelling, open bar, tequila tasting and lunch. The rest of the trip was awesome and relaxing. I would just make sure there is air con in every van before putting passengers on it.

miserable. i was upset and agitated - We booked at Jetpack when we stayed in Hilton. they have a booth by the pool. The promise of comfort and fun did not happen. it was a very miserable adventure. we paid $129+ for each person. The package includes a private yacht the name us Eolo that can accomodate the most 38 people. when we boarded the boat there was more than that and we were left standing. i complained because my feet would hurt when standing too long but we were ignored. the crew or the captain could have at least asked the passengers to move over to accomodate those who were standing but they did not. my day was miserable and the buffet that they promised was horrible. not much food and you cannot go back because the line never ends. i hope people won’t make a mistake booking in this company.

Disappearance of objects from the backpack. - Unfortunately we asked them to take care of our backpack while we snorkeled and while we returned to Cancun since we were in the front of the boat. When we returned to the hotel we discovered that my partner's sunglasses had disappeared from the case (they were inside the backpack). They were the only ones who had the backpack in their possession. A sad coincidence. Although probably not the entire crew was part of this, they are part of the same team.

Highly disappointed, would not recommend - I stayed at Hilton Cancún, paid $135 each for 4 individuals at the resort. My total was $536, was told I only had to pay $20 per person when I arrived at Jetpack for water activities taxes. Once, I arrived and check in I was told it’s $40 per person which included additional $20 each for transportation, I complained and ended up getting reimbursed $80. Once we arrived at the island, we were told the drink and food were included, but not advised that it was only available in the main restaurant which was a pretty good distance from the activities, pool, and beach. The free bar was cheap bottom of the barrel liquor. Drinks at the beach and pool bar was a minimum of $17 for house liquor. I am highly disappointed with my experience. Also, they only serve Jose tequila and rum, pineapple and orange juice as mixture.
