Great experience A+ - Originally booked round trip transfer from CUN to Tulum with company called BD experience. I had to cancel since I couldn't call to confirm my pickup. I then booked it with Happy Shuttle. I was able to find them easily (clear directions) when we left the airport. Well organized company. Also pick up from hotel for return was good. They told me what time to be in the lobby and when I got down, they were waiting and ready to hit the road. I would recommend them. Clean and comfortable ride with English speaking driver.

Terrific, friendly service - Victor was very helpful and polite. I waited a very short time for my shuttle. The driver was safe and the van was comfortable.

Great shuttle from Cancun to Playa - Our driver, Jesus, was great. Excellent service - they were on time. We were the only passengers - they didn't pickup anyone else. Perhaps that was the reason it was a little pricey. Recommended.

Safe, comfortable and friendly private transportation services - Definitely consider using private transportation services and make sure you include Happy Shuttle as part of your itinerary when visiting Cancun or Playa Del Carmen. This was my second time using their service,and feel confident in recommending them. Drivers are safe and experienced, provide useful information and make great conversation during your trip.

Disorganized shuttle service - This was our first time using Happy Shuttle Cancun. We have used other shuttles in the past but decided to try Happy Shuttle as they had the best price. Our pickup at the Cancun Airport and drop-off at our condo went fine, but the return trip to the Cancun Airport was another story. Our pickup time was 7:00 am and we were promptly outside 10 minutes beforehand. 7:07 am rolled around and no shuttle still or message, nothing at all! I proceeded to call Happy Shuttle and got a hold of a representative who put me on hold while he checked to see what was going on. The representative got back on the line and basically said the shuttle broke down and he would gladly refund my money. I asked the representative what that meant and I was told I would have to find another source of transportation! It is now 7:30 am and we are just now told to find another source of transportation! So now our only option was to flag down a cab to get to the airport instead of the representative telling us, "we are going to send another shuttle." Needless to say, as we started walking down to the nearest cabs, an unmarked shuttle pulled up and a gentleman got out. I asked who he was picking up and he said my name. I advised him I had just spoken with a representative and they said to find our own transportation. The gentleman said he was at the airport and his supervisor told him to head this way because the other shuttle broke down. So apparently, there is no communication between their office and what the people at the airport are doing. Luckily, we made it to the airport on time, but what a mess and no communication whatsoever with this company. I will not take or recommend Happy Shuttle in the future.

Will not use them again - We have used this service three times, most recently last week. Probably will not use them again. We had to wait 30 minutes to get assigned a private transfer vehicle upon arrival, despite having a pre-paid reservation. Their drivers are supposed to be bi-lingual; the guy was nice, but spoke essentially no English (and told us so). He drove too fast for conditions and was exceeding the speed limit much of the time. We’ll look elsewhere next time.

Good from Airport but no-showed on prepaid return trip. - Pick up from the airport to Playa Del. Carmen was good, courteous and nice vehicle. But on the return trip, the company was a total no-show. They canceled on me and said they could not find a replacement driver and that I would have to find alternative transportation to the airport on my own. That just added a level of last minute stress and extra expense that I did not need. That is the primary reason for negative review. They did at least refund the prepaid cost for the service that was not provided.
