A wonderful and informative way to explore the blue city - Morad took us on a lovely walk around Chefchaouen today. It was a great way to spend an afternoon. His English is excellent and he’s ready to discuss any aspect of Chefchaouen and Moroccan life in general. He has a gentle nature and is willing to tailor the tour to your own requests. We finished at his house with a lesson on how to make Moroccan tea. Many thanks Morad!

Friendly experience - We had great time with Morad, who is very friendly and intelligent guide. After walk he and his cousin taught us how to play morrocan cards and later on we also had very tasty dinner which was prepared by his family. I could reccomend the experience 🙏

Entertainment - Morad was very helpful and met our requests. He explained in a simple way the curiosities of Chefchauen. Fun tea time offered on his rooftop. Highly recommended

Special tour with local guide - The discovery of the city together with Morad was a wonderful experience. He made us discover every corner in addition to local traditions.
We watched together a breathtaking sunset over the blue city from a privileged view of the mountain opposite while sipping a great coffee.
He taught us how to prepare Moroccan tea by welcoming us on the terrace of the "Casa la Hiba".
Morad created a relaxed and fun atmosphere that made us feel at home, far from the boring and uninteresting tours.
I recommend to those who want to visit Chefchaouen to be accompanied by him!

Colorful experience! - Had a great day with Morad! Professional, fun with kids, friendly and helpful. Also likes to think along; so it was possible to meet an hour earlier, because that suited us better. Also just had very nice conversations with Morad in addition to all the historical information he shared about Chefchaouen. Oh yeah, he can magic trics!! Our kids really liked him. If we are in Chefchaouen again, we would love to go with him again!!

A tour like this only comes around once in a blue moon! 💙 - Morad made our day in Chefchaouen!! One we will always remember 💙
He is so accommodating and flexible, there is a guide to the different stops on the tour but you can always go off track if you fancy something else & Morad will make it personal for your needs.
He is full of wisdom, knowledge & history about the town, its nature, stories & culture. It was walking around with a friend for many hours together.
The city is like a living museum, every crack & corner is so magical & Morad was very willing to stop & take our picture - on the condition we got to take one of him! See picture above.
We had lunch together & after went to his cousins Casa La Hira for tea on the rooftop. He gave us a tutorial in how to make Moroccan tea, it was incredible to see the craft & care that goes into it. While drinking the tea, we dabbled in a game of chess while enjoying the Stunning views from the rooftop. Little tip Casa la Hire is a gorgeous place if you are looking for somewhere to stay.
He then offered to walk us back to our Hotel to help with our bags to get a taxi as we had to catch our bus.
I would highly recommend Morad’s tour to anyone. Very professional & an all round genuine guy!

The best guide ever - We had a wonderful experience with "Murad"our guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information throughout the tour. What made it even more special was his joyful personality, patience, and warm hospitality. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, and his passion truly showed. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully authentic and genuinely kind! - If I could give Mohrad more than five stars, I would! When the other guy that I had booked canceled on me last minute, I honestly had been a little bit nervous about booking with him because he is clearly new to the game, but in retrospect, I am so glad that the first guy did cancel because my time with Mohrad was amazing!
Having grown up in the area all of his life, he knows the city like the back of his hand. In addition to being in great company and giving me all sorts of bits of information about the city, he also answered my endless questions about Moroccan culture and history.
He also invited me up to his family’a hotel roof, and when there happened to be a cooking class finishing up, he invited me to join them for a delicious lunch. He also helped me to organize a trip to a local hamam and even brought me to an electronic store to help me get a power bank that I desperately needed for my phone.
I can’t figure out how to upload pictures to this review because I’d love to show off some of the great spots he brought me to. I could also go on for days about how great my experience with him was, but viator limits how many characters you can put in a review, so suffice it to say… you should book a trip with Mohrad!
