- We recommend to bring comfortable shoes, swimwear, towel, cap sunglasses and camera
- Bring extra cah for tips and souvenirs
- Only the use of sunblock and sunscreen containing titanium oxide and zinc oxide is allowed in the park
- Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age when boarding the transportation.
- This activity demands some walking exercise
- The road is not suitable for wheelchairs so if it needs, a third person must help to carry on the chair around.
- There is an additional tax fee for the use of video cameras inside the archaeological site, not included in the tour price.

TOUR TO CHICHEN ITZA - A spectacular tour, I feel very satisfied with the experience, and the attention of Alan Alejandro Martínez. I was fascinated by the pyramid, and being able to visit one of the wonders of the world.

Making Memories - Amazing experiences. We visit the Mayan ruins and took a dip in cold Cenote water.
Wear light clothing because it is extremely hot in August. Also wear water shoes and bring a towel!
Our guide, Pancho was very knowledgeable and the driver, Francisco got us safe to our destinations.
Lastly, the rep that helped us plan our tour, Ricardo Vazquez was super helpful and so friendly. It was an overall wonderful experience!

The best experience - We obtained the activity with the best representative of MTS Jessica Higuera who is a very cordial person and made it a unique experience, we loved it, so if when you are in Playa del Carmen you also want to live this experience we highly recommend you take your activity with Jessica. 100 out of 100. Marvelous dinner experience you must have!! - Truly a unique and extraordinary experience was presented in our seats. As we were taken to the French Mediterranean every dish was the executed to perfection. The whole team even the chef coming out to personally deliver some sweets made our visit and my birthday even more special! Having a lovely and timeless pianist and ballet dancers in the background was absolutely beautiful! David and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure our experience and expectations were met! Thank you so my guys you were beyond amazing!

Bad Service/Communication DO NOT BOOK - We booked through MTS for Chichen Itza excursion, and they had good reviews, but don't be fooled. They did not send the correct time for pick-up at Hotel. The confirmation time was at 8 a.m. To make sure that was the correct time, we tried contacting them, but no one answered to confirm a time for pick-up. On the day of the excursion, we showed up at 8, but there was no show. We decided to call, and they told us pick-up was at 6 a.m., but there was no email or text to confirm this time. Was very disappointed with their service do not book through them be aware. To top it off we had booked through them for another excursion (Isla Mujeres trip) and decided to cancel because we could not trust their service anymore. Went directly to an MTS worker they are stationed at our hotel Majestic Elegance his name was Eric and he said he would cancel our excursions and get a refund and should have it back by 7-10 days but we have not received anything. Tried many times calling the main company number and again no answer tried contacting Eric and his response was that we are working on it but no follow-up afterward. Please everyone do not book through them do your research.
