Chichen itza and valladolid tour - Alondra was our tour guide today and she was the best one we’ve ever had. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and very passionate about showing us around Chichen Itza and she also showed us around Valladolid. She took excellent care of us. We have another tour booked in a couple of days and we contacted the company to see if we could have her again.

Terrific private tour of Chichen Itza - Our family did the Chichen Itza private full day tour with Edwin (guide) and Edwin (driver). Both were fantastic. Our guide was a former professor of history and really had an in-depth knowledge of Chichen Itza and the Mayans, in general. Since this was a private tour they were able to tailor the tour to our preference. We also visited the Cenote Chukum (super fun!) and had a nice buffet lunch. Nothing negative to say at all and we would highly recommend this tour.

Great time with David! - I took this tour with my fiancé on our trip to Cancun and they took care of everything! Our guide/driver David was great and knowledgeable on every question we asked him on our tour to and at Chichen Itza. He was very accommodating to our preferences on what to do for the rest of the trip and made it a very special day!

Chichen Itza/Cenotes/Charming Colonial town - Mata was the perfect travel guide. He accompanied my husband, daughter and I to Chichen Itza where he gave us an excellent overview of the history of this amazing wonder of the world! We also went to the charming town of Valladolid where we had lunch at a delicious restaurant that he recommended. The food was very well-prepared with fresh local ingredients and friendly, lovely service. We then went to an indoor Cenote (we were able to choose between indoor or outdoor and bc our hotel has an outdoor Cenote, we chose to see the Cenote in the cave). He was extremely well-informed and articulate in all things Mexican, and in world history as well! He was friendly and warm and we all enjoyed his company immensely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well-organized tour with a great guide - Our experience was overall very good and well organized from start to finish. Transportation was on time, the itinerary was followed as described, and the stops were enjoyable and informative. A special mention goes to Alondra, our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very approachable. She explained the history clearly, answered questions patiently, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. Her positive attitude really added to the experience. While it was a long day, everything ran smoothly and felt well planned. This tour is a solid option for anyone looking for a structured and informative experience.

Complicated - This review is a little nuanced..so overall, the tour with Jessica was good. She answered all of our questions, took us to our destinations, and was friendly. We felt safe and well taken care of (at the time). However, at the Cenote Selva Maya, it felt as though she was pushing us onto everyone trying to sell us items — first the cart selling bee products, and secondly, the tequila tasting. We had said we didn’t want to do the tequila tasting but she kept telling us how delicious the flavored tequilas were and so, we did the tasting. They kept telling us that the tequila was 100% blue agave, aged in barrels for 12 years, made onsite, the best of the best, etc. We ended up buying two bottles of the flavored tequila not realizing that most of the tequila has fillers in it and is overpriced. We looked online and there’s no information about this tequila company and Reddit reviewers state that this is a common scam in Mexico, with this specific tequila. Despite what we thought was a good day, we do feel taken advantage of by this tour guide. And while the majority of this review is due in part to the tequila tasting at the Cenote Selva Maya, it just felt like we were sheep being led to slaughter in a way, like Jessica was leading us to little scams typical of these companies. It left a sour taste in our mouths and we wouldn’t book this company or guide again.
