• Blue Whales. Actually it takes only six to nine nautical miles from Mirissa harbor to reach whale habitats. Our whale watching tours start from Mirissa harbor and most of the time whales can be seen in very close to the Mirissa coast. Some days it takes several hours as they swim away for food in deep sea. During our journey to Blue whales we can see several other whale species, dolphins and other marine life also. Killer whales, Sperm whales, Bride whales and Pigmy killer whales are the different kind

• Round-trip transfer from your hotel in Colombo with an English-speaking driver/guide.

The journey begins early in the morning, with a pick-up from your Colombo hotel at around 3 A.M or from your Negombo hotel at 2 A.M, followed by a transfer to Mirissa, which takes approximately 2 ½ hours. (Please bring a packed breakfast if you are unable to eat at the hotel.)

Upon arrival, the driver will escort you to Mirissa harbor, where the boat departs for the Whale Safari at 6:30 AM. The boat safari lasts approximately 4 to 5 hours, depending on whale sightings and passenger preferences.

After returning to shore, the guide will take you to a Beach Restaurant for a delightful lunch. Following lunch, enjoy a leisurely walk on the beach.

Later in the evening, the tour concludes with a return trip to your hotel in Colombo, with a travel time of approximately 2 ½ hours.
