Arriving at Rådhuspladsen, you are set to meet two acquaintances from an online ghost hunter forum. They have invited you to explore the 200-year-old mystery of Ichabod Crane’s disappearance. However, as you wait, only one of your new friends arrives.
- Vandkunsten Fountain - You and your companion proceed to Ichabod’s former residence to search for clues about his disappearance.
Vandkunsten square is named after a water mill established by King Christian III in the 14th century. It was also the site of the main Swedish attack on Copenhagen in 1659.
- Strøget - The tour crosses the bustling shopping street Strøget. Feel free to pause the tour and explore the area.
- Gråbrødretorv - Following a lead from Ichabod’s journal, you visit Gråbrødretorv square. Here, you inspect some of Ichabod’s personal items.
- Kongens Have - You encounter someone who has had a frightening experience with the Headless Horseman. She directs you to Kongens Have park. This park, established in the early 17th century, surrounds Rosenborg Castle.
You hear unusual sounds outside the park gates, prompting further investigation.
- Nyboder - Your friend remains missing, but you are determined to find her. A passage from Ichabod’s journal leads you to the charming cobblestone streets of Nyboder, with their vibrant little houses.
