Great tour for the entire... - Great tour for the entire family. Our tour guide (St.) Kevin was very knowledgeable and attentive. The gardens of Powerscourt and later the surrounding Wicklow Mountains National Park (and Sally Gap) was breathtaking. Thanks for a great day in Ireland!

Well worth it for a Day trip - Great day...Long day..Big thanks to Linda driving the Van thru the narrow back roads, and giving everybody insights to what we were seeing.Really enjoyed seeing the wild country side (just 30 minutes outside of busy Dublin).

Breathtaking - Kilian, she was awesome, she kept up informed regarding the history of Ireland 🇮🇪, she knew the history about each castle, the year they were built and by whom.

Fun day trip! - Great walk with our guide Gillian who knew a lot about the plants and ecology. Kevin drove us on a tour and provided some comic relief.
Note that the roads can be windy, so some might have some motion sickness. Also, the lunch spot doesn’t have anything both gluten and dairy free but the shop across the street does!

Wicklow Adventure -
We had a grand time with the guide/driver and the other people on the trip. We enjoyed the sights. However, the van had narrow seats, and it was a bit dirty, steamy, and the step didn't work.

Nice experience but not worth the price - In the description you don’t see that the tour is a mixed tour for people who are going for hourse riding, Powerscourt Gardens and hiking. I went for the “hiking” and actually picked this tour because of the option to hike for 1,5 hour. At the end it was not really a hike. We walked up to a little hill and to a tower. That took us 40 min. I was really disappointed. The guide was sorry for this and told me that this is the typical hike they do. It was not his fault and he gave me 10€ back. Still it was in my opinion too expensive for what I got. Especially because I checked other tours and they have been cheaper for the same. Wicklow mountains are nice to see and the visit in Glendalough okay. I thought our guide will give us some more information on this. The hikers had more than one hour lunch break which was too long in a village where is nothing to do.
So in total it was okay but I wouldn’t go again.

More a taxi service than a tour - Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with the tour. Instead of the 1.5-hour guided hike we had booked, we only got a 20-minute walk through a forest. Our guide told us this was due to a tree that had fallen during Storm Darragh, which apparently made it impossible to park at the original starting point. However, he also mentioned that the original hike would have only lasted 50 minutes anyway. It also seemed a bit strange to us that the effects of a storm from December 2024 would still make parking impossible nearly four months later.
We were then dropped off at Powerscourt Estate to somehow pass the remaining time, where we had to pay an additional €10 entry fee per person. At Glendalough, we were also just dropped off with no real additional information about the site or anything resembling an actual guided tour. We actually ended up joining a monastery tour run by another company — shoutout to Ian from Wild Rover Tours!
Overall, it felt more like a taxi service than a proper tour.
