Fun and unique experience! - A fun and unique experience! The food delicious, directions were very clear. We will be able to cook this at home. Everyone had multiple chances to participate. We all leaned a lot and will be taking a slice of Costa Rica with us. It is obvious that Manuel loves to show people how to cook. Pura vida!!!

Must Do Cooking Class - We had an amazing time learning to make ceviche, empanadas, lemonade, and sweet potato chips. Manuel is so fun and makes the class very exciting. The class is 2 hours but you have fun the whole time. It’s a great way to spend your afternoon, enjoying the beautiful weather and food.

The Highlight of our Trip to Nosara - Manuel was an amazing teacher, friend and guide! My wife Stephanie and I had a wonderful time learning not just about the food but about the land, the culture, and the people that make this area so special! The food was amazing and we had a lot of fun and laughs along the way! The farm was beautiful and it was so cool cooking over fire and playing with the animals! We got to see an amazing sunset and enjoy the fruits of our labor! 10/10 experience and we would absolutely recommend! The highlight of our trip to Nosara!

Unforgettable Flavors with Manuel - Manuel’s cooking class is a "must-do." For two hours, we were treated to great comedy and even better food. We mastered the art of the empanada and fell in love with his plantain ceviche. Manuel makes the environment feel so welcoming and lively.
Everything we made was delicious, and the fact that he offers different menus for returning guests is a huge plus. If you want a real taste of Costa Rica with a side of laughs, book this class!

A Cooking Experience - My sister and I loved our authentic Costa Rican cooking class. The outside kitchen is so cool! The chef, Manuel Antonio, really made our experience. He coached us through all of the meal items, DJd, held conversation and added good humor to the mix. The food and drinks were delicious. We also enjoyed walking around to see the garden and animals.

Learn to make some good food!! - This was an awesome way to spend some time learning to cook/make some Costa Rican foods with authentic ingredients on a wood fire stove. We made heart of palm ceviche, chicken empanadas and yucca chips. We also drank a refreshing mint and limeade. Once finished we ate family style and finished off with a great cup of coffee! Manuel was a great host! Kept things lively and fun! One of the best experiences we had 😊

Highly recommend - Our whole family of four loved this experience. The kids (7 and 10) loved feeding the farm animals and cooking. We all loved the meal. Highly recommend!
