The address provided on... - The address provided on ticket is wrong and navigates you to (per booking host) and very unsafe area that was a mechanics place with rusted cars 30 mins away from where we had to drive back to. Apparently the main vendor (Fresh something told located in Brazil) and the ticket states wrong address which was corrected by the subcontractor who hosted cooking class. We are given URL links which are hard to validate an address agianst when already provided and at with unsafe traffic patterns while we waited for replies an incorrect address on ticket, which is what we went by, as well as was sent originally. The extra driving caused us to pay for additional non-needed transport 30min each way. The 2 hosts (mother and daughter) were very nice and knowledgeable about the food, history, and culture. They are doing the best they can amd really are kind. The bottomless drinks were 30% alcohol shots, which you cannot drink all night. The fish was frozen in center and very raw (even tho ahi tuna). We had 6-7 things (ticket stated 9); but all were of mixed cultire, such as chinese tuna and sauce, carribean and costa rican sides, which was vety conflicting on pallete. There was not enough room to really cook in a home kitchen with 4 of us (2 hosts and 2 guests) but if this was a full person experience as table was set for 8, it would be very crowded.
