An Amazing Tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Cusco - The journey begins with a pick-up at 7:45 AM, heading to the Sacred Valley. A brief stop of about 15-20 minutes will allow us to learn about textiles and the weaving process. Visitors can observe various South American camelids, including llamas, alpacas, and vicuñas, with opportunities to touch and photograph them. A 10-minute stop at the renowned Mirador de Taray will provide classic photo opportunities of the Sacred Valley.

Pisac - Upon arrival at the archaeological park of PISAC, guests can admire the vast Inca agricultural terraces, residences, altars, water channels, and tombs, while our professional guide explains the Inca agricultural techniques. Following this, we will visit the town of PISAC to explore one of the region’s most vibrant traditional markets.

Urubamba - The next destination is Urubamba, where we will arrive around noon. Here, guests can savor the finest Peruvian cuisine with a buffet lunch.

Ollantaytambo - The final stop of the day is Ollantaytambo, located 30 minutes from Urubamba. Visitors will explore the Temple of the Sun and uncover the secrets of Ollantaytambo on a guided tour of this captivating site. Afterwards, we will proceed to the train station in the same town to board the train to Aguas Calientes (the town of Machu Picchu). This journey offers views of stunning glaciers, snow-capped peaks, lush green valleys, and Inca agricultural terraces on both sides of the valley.

Aguas Calientes - Upon completing the train journey to Aguas Calientes, guests will be met at the train station exit and taken to their hotel for the night. After checking in, there will be free time to relax. Guests can unwind in the hot springs of Aguas Calientes or stroll through the quaint streets of the town.

Machu Picchu: Legendary Land

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - At 07:00 AM, after breakfast at the hotel, guests will proceed with the guide to the bus station in town. The bus will transport them to the main entrance of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, where an unforgettable experience begins. The guide will share extensive knowledge about the history of this remarkable site, and assist in capturing the classic photo from the top. Guests will explore the most significant areas with the guide. After the guided tour, there will be additional time for personal exploration. Once the visit concludes, guests will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where they can enjoy lunch (not included) and have extra time to explore the town. At the designated time, they will board the train back to the Ollantaytambo train station.

Ollantaytambo - Upon arrival at the train station, transportation will be ready to return guests to their hotel in Cuzco, with an estimated arrival time of 6:00 PM.
