Learn all about your favorite chocolate. - The best few hours in Cusco! The class was small and the 'teacher' was knowledgeable and fun. Although one of the participants was hard to take he was able to make sure her attitude did not pull everyone down. We started with putting on chef hats and aprons and then the fun began. We picked out some plump beans, learned to talk to them and roast them. We made a paste and then found out more about how the chocolate beans became three different types of chocolate. Tasting began and the great times did not stop. After much decision making we made our own chocolate candy. While they sat and cooled in the refrigerator we made some hot chocolate tea and learned more. Leaving with our candy and new found knowledge made the day complete!

Highlight of our Visit! 🍫🌟🍫🌟 - If you are visiting Cusco, this chocolate-making class is an absolute must! Our family had such a fantastic experience from start to finish. The class was engaging, interactive, and incredibly fun as we learned about the entire cacao process—from bean to bar. The team made the experience both educational and entertaining, and getting to create our own chocolates was such a memorable highlight. It was the perfect blend of culture, hands-on learning, and delicious fun. This was truly one of the highlights of our time in Cusco. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience while visiting the city!

Fun hands on experience - It was a fun experience - we learned about the cocoa bean, and it was a hands on experience as we got to select our beans, roast them, grind them into paste, to make hot chocolate and tea. In the second half of the experience, we got to make our own chocolate and incorporate different ingredients.
