Highly Recommended! - This was a very fun experience and worth the investment. We had Dani as our teacher and she was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We had a great time creating our chocolates, learning about how cacao is grown, harvested, and used, and we loved sampling it at its various stages. This is great for families, couples, and individuals. There is something for everyone. It is also located in the middle of a very lovely market with great souvenirs and wares at affordable prices. Would highly recommend!

Fun and enjoyable - This was a fun and enjoyable experience. I’ve done similar experiences and this was about the same but included a few more ‘hands-on’ activity. And, this was the first I actually made and took home chocolate candy :). The host was very nice and did a good job explaining the history and guiding us through the workshop. I especially liked speaking with others who participated. RECOMMEND.

One of the Highlights of our Trip - This experience ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! It was so cool to learn about the history of cocoa and chocolate, and see a cocoa bean in its original form, all the way to being able to form your own chocolate bars! The class was also very educational as we learned about (and tasted) chocolate from different regions. Shoutout to our class leader, Robert, for doing a fantastic job!

Great fun class ! - Our teacher , ( wish I remembered her name!) was knowledgeable, professional, and sweet. What a great hands on experience to learn about the process from bean to chocolates. It was both fun and informative. We learned a lot about the history as well. I highly recommend this and taking chocolates back is the best :) except it is illegal to bring back to US as I had used coca powder in my chocolates.
