Qorikancha - At 2:00 pm, meet at the main square to begin the tour. The first stop is Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) for a 45-minute guided tour, followed by a 30-minute drive to Sacsayhuaman (from Quechua Saqsay = place of satiation and Waman = Falcon, “place where the Falcon is satiated”). Next, visit Qenqo (Ritual Center on a rocky outcrop), a site rich in mysticism that can be felt upon entering the outcropping rock. After a 15-minute drive, arrive at PucaPucara (red fortress), a military construction. The final stop is Tambomachay, known as the Inca Bath, where water rituals were performed. After the tour, return to Cusco, with an estimated arrival time of 7:00 pm.

SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS - AGUAS CALIENTES

Sacred Valley of the Incas - The tour begins at 8:00 am with a hotel pick-up. After a 1.5-hour drive, arrive at the archaeological site of Pisaq for a guided tour of approximately 1 hour. Following the sacred river Willkamayu, reach Urubamba, the capital of the Sacred Valley, for a buffet lunch featuring typical Andean cuisine. Afterward, a 30-minute drive takes you to the town of Ollantaytambo to explore the archaeological site, including the Temple of the Sun, The Intihuatana, and the Princess Baths and Andean terraces, during a 1-hour guided tour. Then, proceed to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night in preparation for the next day’s visit to Machu Picchu. (In the evening, the guide will visit the hotel to provide all necessary details for your Machu Picchu visit.)

LOST CITY OF THE INCAS MACHU PICCHU

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - A 30-minute bus ride will take you to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, present your tickets and passports to begin the guided tour according to the circuit and ticket. The tour follows a one-way route.

After the tour, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch (the order may vary based on the entrance schedule).

Finally, take the train and bus back to Cusco, concluding your journey. “Machu Picchu tickets are subject to availability, with the Ministry of Culture of Peru being the only authorized seller. Tickets will be purchased based on available circuits (1 and 2). Other circuits may be offered at an additional cost. If no tickets are available for Machu Picchu, a full refund of your tour package will be provided.”

MARAS-MORAY

Salinas de Maras - The tour begins with an 8:00 am hotel pick-up to travel to the town of Maras. After passing through Maras, continue to Moray, home to an agricultural laboratory considered a magnetic center of Pachamama, for a 40-minute guided tour. Following the Moray tour, travel 30 minutes to the salt mines “salineras” for a 1-hour guided tour, with time for shopping for salt bags or souvenirs. Return to Cusco via the same route, with an estimated arrival time of 3:00 pm.

HUMANTAY LAKE

Humantay Lake - At 4:00 am, you will be picked up from the hotel for a drive to Mollepata, where breakfast will be served. Continue to Soraypampa to begin a 1.5-hour hike to the Humantay Lagoon, situated at an altitude of 4,250 meters above sea level. During the hike, enjoy the local flora and fauna. Descend to Soraypampa to take the transport back to Mollepata for a delicious lunch, then return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:00 pm.
