The tasting sessions always commence with a detailed explanation of proper wine tasting techniques. This method is based on the Wine & Spirit Education Trust’s systematic approach to wine tasting. Your guide, who achieved the highest level at this prestigious London school last year, has a decade of experience leading tastings for both enthusiasts and professionals.
During the wine tasting, the guide will introduce you to the various regions within Burgundy, the different grape varieties, the history, production regulations, and how to interpret a Burgundy wine label. All aspects of the region will be covered.
The atmosphere is always relaxed, ensuring you never feel rushed or hesitant to ask questions. The goal is to make you feel comfortable and eager to return!
Six Burgundy wines, including some premier cru, are served with a platter of cheeses and charcuterie.
