This is a culture-based experience class. Under the instruction of our grand masters, you’ll not only study the basic gestures of Tai Chi or Kung Fu forms, but also be inspired to understand the important oriental culture component- Taoism, Yin Yang, Qi (internal energy) and the essence of martial arts.
In our Tai Chi class you will learn how to introduce “qi” through Tai Chi movements, simple but useful methods that help relieve tension in our body and mind. Standing meditation, pushing hands will also be introduced to complete your understanding towards it.
- Comfortable shoes are recommended

Kung-fu and Tai-chi private lesson - 2nd private lesson with Eric. 1st one in January. Kung fu and Tai Chi.
Eric gave me many tips to better understand the purpose of each stances and how to let the Chi flow.

It’s a great pleasure with Eric! - The private lesson with the master Taichi Eric was a great experience. He is a very polite person, speaks very well English and have a impressive knowledge on Taichi.
Start learning Taichi with him was great pleasure. He gave me some very good advices and makes me curious to learn more Taichi what I already did.
So I can fully recommend him to sneak in Taichi or even to learn it seriously.

Relaxing experience - Relaxing experience with interesting information about Dao way of thinking.
In this class you will learn how to be a soft cloud that is very strong inside.
With relaxing music at the beckground, the guide showed us the moves of Thai chi while also explained the meaning of them.
You'll end this class fully relaxed for sure😀 highly recommend!
Very easy to book (even though thai chi is practised at the morning, you can book this class for 2 pm)The class is at the temple of heaven which is very easy to find near the metro station.
After the class you can go to the temple itself or enjoy the big park around.
P.s
Also the guide took a pictures of us where we were practicing our moves. So we have all the moves documented 😀

Tai chi in the park - Eric waited for us near the Entrance to the park of temple of heaven. It took us 10 minutes to get there by metro and the metro was a few meters from the entrance. When we got in Eric led us to a beautiful and tranquil parkm the atmoaphere was ver relaxing. We chose a plqce in the shade of the trees. Eric explained what tai chi is, what chi is and how Dao and Chinese culture is entangled with it. Then he showed us the moves. He was very paitentm and attentive, making sire each of us do it the right way. We learnet the very basic movments, posture and ideas and done a routine of movments together.

Tai Chi Private Lesson - The tai-chi lesson with Master Lu was an amazing experience and very relaxing. Lu is an excellent tutor and master, and a very nice man. I truly enjoyed the whole tai-chi experience.
I did the lesson on 1st of May which is a national holiday. He kindly arranged a convenient location next to my hotel.
It was one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend it.

Eric is fantastic! - Eric is a wonderful instructor! I knew nothing about Tai Chi other than it looks beautiful and relaxing. Eric taught me some of the basic concepts in Tai Chi and some of the basic moves in an introductory lesson. He made the lesson interesting and fun. I would highly recommend this lesson to anyone who is interested inTai Chi, beginner or expert. 10/10.

Excellent Experience! - We booked this experience on our last day in Beijing. Yu, our instructor, met us at the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven as specified, though we were a few minutes late due to the morning traffic. We had a couple of extra people, and he was easily able to accommodate this and negotiated a fair rate for them to join the class. We went to an area where many community members were practicing Tai Chi, and there was plenty to room for our class. Yu led us through a sequence, then proceeded to break down the sequence and explain the history and rationale of Tai Chi as well as some aspects of Chinese Medicine. It was a truly awesome experience, and my only regret is that I do not live in Beijing so that I could continue to study with Yu. I would highly recommend this experience.

We really enjoyed it! - I brought my cousin to get a Tai Chi class with Eric for her bachelorette party! It has been very nice and Eric is very kind and helpful and you can arrange your meeting in several places around Beijing. If you do it in the Temple of Heaven, you have to pay for the admission to the park, but it's cheap! Eric also sent us some link to useful video to continue to train our practice!
