Perfect start in the morning - We had a wonderful time. Everything Was perfect, from booking till arriving back home. Everybody was so nice and friendly. We would absolutely do it again.

Magical trip over the desert - There was concern that foggy weather would prevent our trip but just before sunrise, the fog dissipated and our trip was on. It was a fabulous experience and one I would happily do again. It was magical seeing the desert from 4000 feet. So peaceful. Our transfer driver was excellent - the conditions driving from Dubai city to the hot air balloons were appalling due to the weather but he was an excellent driver

Five star experience!! - Our first-ever hot air balloon experience in Dubai was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was so well-organized and seamless. Our transfer driver, Hamid, was amazing — friendly, punctual, and made the early morning pick-up feel so easy. We absolutely loved him! The staff were all wonderful — warm, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Our pilot, Abdullah, flew the balloon so smoothly, and even during our “landing number 3” (a slightly bumpy one!), we were all thrilled to have experienced it — it honestly made the adventure even more exciting! Watching the sunrise over the desert was pure magic — peaceful, breathtaking, and something we’ll never forget. The entire experience exceeded all expectations. From the exceptional service to the stunning views, every detail was handled beautifully. If you’re considering a hot air balloon ride in Dubai, this is the one to book. Family experience - I had a wonderful time on a balloning trip with sindbad. From pick up to drop off. Professional team, highly secure and a Fine breakfast at campsite. They also took pictures and send It for me. Highly recomendo It.

Thank you Sinbad Gulf Balloons Dubai for an exceptional first time hot air balloon experience. 4000 feet above the stunning Arabian desert was incredible and the sunrise was picture perfect. The entire experience was beyond our expectations and we were also very impressed with the professional demeanor with our crew in a medical emergency event that occurred after our excursion.

A great experience - just do it. - A beautiful desert experience for my wife and I. I had been on a balloon flight before in Australia. It was my wife's first and she was worried. However, she was reassured by the calmness of the captain, the pre-flight video and that we had the flight postponed by a day because the weather was unsafe to fly on the original day we were supposed to go. Communication from booking to flight was clear, including place and pick up time and the rearranged flight. We bought the video taken during the flight which was nice and clear, edited to keep it to a sensible length and, I guess, file size, with some music added, which enhanced the video. I would recommend this memento, especially if you are on the same side of the basket as the camera. It might be a bit less interesting if you are on the opposite side as you will see less of yourself, but still capture a good feel of the flight. The breakfast was good for me. Less so for my wife, who is coeliac. There was fruit and a drink for her, and she might have been able to eat some of the other items, for example scrambled eggs and baked beans, but wasn't sure enough they would be OK to eat them - you'll know I mean if you're coeliac. So, this could perhaps be improved, by adding a couple of gluten free items, or providing a little more clarity on the food served. I was sent the menu when asked, but that was of limited use. I still really enjoyed my breakfast though. The camel ride was good fun and the man controlling the camels was super helpful, taking videos and photos of my wife and I as we rode the camels at the same time (people went in pairs on 2 camels). The ride was around the compound rather than a walk out across the desert. However, that was fine with us, exactly the right experience for my wife (who was also worried about the camel ride). The falcon experience was not great. The falcon perch was on a sleeve that went over your forearm for a picture. However, the falcon kept a hood on so its face couldn't be seen properly. There was no flying involved. Not sure what we were expecting, but thought this would be more interesting than it was. Finally, the driver who took us to and from our hotel and to and from the balloon launch and landing, arrived on time, communicated clearly for the hotel pick up, was a good safe driver, and he was helpful, putting on music requests from two of the other three passengers in our car. The car was a comfortable air-conditioned Land Cruiser. I would happily recommend this experience to anyone interested in taking a balloon flight.

Hot air balloon ride - The whole team at Sinbad were amazing, I booked last minute and they managed to arrange a birthday banner for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. The whole team really made it very special for us and would recommend everyone to experience the hot air balloon.

Don’t bodder - Pilots and driver and guy that served breakfast lovely, area we went over very built up and only flew 4000 feet for ten minutes The guy said 50 euro for the video, my friend wanted one so we paid, no receipt and very disappointing you could not see the balloon just everyone together not the view and very small as sent on WhatsApp, very, very unprofessional They did mot care if you got on the camel no encouragement, when advertised the falcon looks as it’s flying to the balloon, you only hold the falcon he has blinkers on I asked for them to be removed they said cos he would fly, after taking the blinker off he didn’t budge the said shake him, his feathers only went a bit up Lots of flies, food in plastic boxes, guy serving was lovely There was no fun, they were all serious Quite hi yo climb in eventually they got s ladder getting in but nothing getting out, a lady offered me water as it was hot, then they offered us water I am writing so much as the say a min review i think wad 300
