Must-see - Great day of discovery in the Highlands. We took the day in a small group (16 people max.) Ron, our driver and guide, was an undeniable added value. His stories, his humour and his encyclopaedic knowledge of the Highlands and the history of Scotland made the tour a journey out of time. We strongly recommend this type of small group visit. And to end the day, we had the chance to watch a sunset over the snow-capped peaks. A must visit during your stay in Edinburgh.

Amazing trip with Cameron as our guide - My friend and I went on a tour with Cameron. He was amazing, and both very knowledgeable and witty. He was great at asking us about what we were particularly interested in as well which made the tour feel very personal. We saw beautiful scenery and got so many interesting stories and facts! We had a great time and would recommend to everyone to choose Discover Scotland!

Awesome day tour - Loch Ness Glencoe and The Highlands was the tour we went on, and Fin was our tour guide. He was absolutely amazing!! He had very interesting stories and an interactive way of telling it. He let us take the scenery in at times and told us history as it pertained to where we were. The company offered small tours unlike other competitors, which was so nice!! I was so grateful I booked with Discover Scotland! Fin remembered the names of my kids and called them out saying “You wanted to see snow, there it is!” Such a nice touch! He was a mix of historian, tour guide, RJ/DJ mixing up some Scottish songs from his play list. An awesome experience and thank you for the experience!!

Discover Scotland Tours should not be missed! - What a great day trip this was! My adult kids, 24 and 26, and I loved it. Our guide was Jamie and he did a fantastic job with his historical background information, his stories, his enthusiasm and his flexibility. I am a fan of the mini-coach - this one held up to 16, I think, though our group was a little smaller, for the maneuverability, the quick on/off at the stops and the more personal environment. Thank you Jamie for sharing some of Scotland's most beautiful landscape with us!

Fantastic! - I went on a tour of the Scottish Highlands and Loch Ness today, and our guide, Fionn, was absolutely fantastic. He kept us entertained throughout the entire day, sharing tons of interesting anecdotes, historical facts, and fun curiosities that really brought each place to life. Fionn made several stops along the way so we could admire breathtaking views and explore some truly magical spots. He was friendly, engaging, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, his enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole experience unforgettable. It felt less like a tour and more like spending the day with someone who’s passionate about showing you the most beautiful corners of Scotland.

Do it! - Still hesitating to do this tour? So did we but we are super glad we did. It was beautiful, and Jamie was a very nice and good guide. His passion for the country and for Scotland's history is infectious! The many stories and stops besides the beautiful view on the bus (the weather was beautiful) make every moment fun and valuable!

Great Highland Tour - We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Ron. Despite the clouds and the rain he brought a lot of brightness to the day. He was extremely knowledgeable and its clear he loves teaching people about Scotland's history.

Travelled as a couple - The tour with Gary S. was fantastic! The tour coach was quite comfortable, and Gary was very informative. His stories were interesting and funny at times. He didn’t overload with info or details, and played some Scottish tunes to mix it up. We also wish to note that Gary was an excellent driver, especially when we had some stormy weather.

Great sights, terrible tour company - The sights were great, but was not impressed with the tour guide. Also, in their brochure, it said the Loch Ness Cruise was included. When we got on the bus, there was a very hard sell to pay extra for the cruise. I assume the tour guide got a kick-back, because he had a hard time accepting that no-one wanted to pay extra for the cruise. I texted the coprorate office while on the tour and they didn't seem to care that the brochure said the cruise was included. This tour was recommended by my hotel, so I told them about it. They are no longer recommending this tour company.
