- Nile River Valley - In the early morning, a representative from ‘’Roxana Travel’’ will pick up guests for an exciting air balloon ride. Guests will be transferred to the marina to enjoy soft drinks before taking a motorboat to the west bank, followed by a transfer to the balloon ride take-off area in the sky above Luxor, the largest open-air museum. The “Balloon Ride” trip is available daily, but advance confirmation is highly recommended. The ride lasts 45 minutes before landing. Explore Luxor’s East and West Banks on a full-day private tour, allowing flexibility to discover each site at your own pace.
- Colossi of Memnon - After the Balloon Ride, a tour guide will meet guests at the Colossi of Memnon to begin the Luxor Full Day Tour. The Colossi of Memnon are the two largest ancient statues in Egypt, dating back to the era of King Amenhotep III.
- Valley of the Kings - Guests will then be transported to the Necropolis of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings on Luxor’s West Bank. This ancient necropolis is a must-see for Luxor visitors. Guests will visit four royal tombs, including the Tomb of Ramses, the Tomb of Horemheb, and the Tomb of Merenptah.
- Tomb of Ramases IX - The Tomb of King Ramesses IX, the third pharaoh of the Twentieth Dynasty of the New Kingdom of Ancient Egypt, is notable for its vibrant colors and detailed decorations, including the ceiling above the sarcophagus featuring the goddess Nut. The sarcophagus is one of the largest in the valley, and despite some deterioration, it remains one of the most decorated.
- Tomb of Merenptah - In Egyptian mythology, Ptah is the demiurge of Memphis, god of craftsmen and architects. The falcon form of the new deity was placed in tombs to accompany and protect the dead on their journey to the West of Luxor. Tomb 8, located in the Valley of the Kings, was the burial place of Pharaoh Merneptah and serves as a model for royal tombs. Merneptah was a son of Ramesses II and Queen Isis-Nofret. The tomb was discovered by Howard Carter in 1903. It features fewer lateral rooms and a significant increase in the height of corridors and rooms. The tomb was built on a single axis, with a wider entrance than earlier tombs.
- Tomb of Ramses III - The tomb of Ramesses III, designated as KV 11, is a complex system in the Valley of the Kings. Known since antiquity, it features colorful painted sunken reliefs with traditional ritual texts (Litany of Ra, Book of Gates, etc.) and depictions of Ramses before the gods. Unique secular scenes in the small side rooms of the entrance corridor show foreign tributes, such as detailed pottery from the Aegean, the royal armory, boats, and blind harpists, giving the tomb its alternative name: ‘Tomb of the Harpers.’
- Tomb of King Tutankhamun (Tut) - The tomb of the young pharaoh Tutankhamun is located in the Valley of the Kings, near Thebes, Egypt. It is famous for the wealth of valuable antiquities it contained.
- Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - After visiting the tombs, guests will be transported to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el Bahari), the only woman to reign over Egypt as Pharaoh. This queen was an ancestor of King Tutankhamun and belonged to the same dynasty.
