Our meeting point is, located at Paseo de las Delicias, 1, Sevilla, in between the Restaurant "Uno de Delicias" and the souvenir shop. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please notice that if you are late we will not be able to let you up. We will not offer refunds if you are late.

Such a fun way to immerse yourself in the culture of Spain - So informative and fun. I can't wait to try making Paella at home.
Our chef was amazing and spoke so intelligently about the finer points of cooking Paella.

Highlight of our trip! - This was a fabulous experience! Fabio was a welcoming and wonderful chef. The paella was delicious and the views from the roof top are stunning. Definitely a highlight of our time in Sevilla. Highly recommend this experience!!

Learn a lot and get fed to. - Informative demonstration with enough humour to make the time fly by. Eating the food on the roof terrace was a nice touch, good views across the city.

Fabio was great!!! - This was just a lovely experience. Fabio was great! He kept us entertained and made sure that we all were involved and part of it. We were able to learn and participate. Then we got to eat our meal. I would recommend to anyone who loves to learn about different types of food and how to cook them!

Fun evening learning to cook paella - Lovely evening learning to cook paella properly whilst enjoying the wine and aperitifs. Very relaxed atmosphere. The paella cooking was very informative and the dinner was great. The sangria was awesome too!! Great view from the roof terrace.

Wonderful Paella Instruction - The class was fantastic, held in a wonderful rooftop location with excellent instruction from an engaging and informative chef. The paella was so amazing that it could have won a culinary beauty pageant, and the wine and sangria were so delicious they made our taste buds dance the flamenco. The chef kept us entertained with a demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent paella, keeping us involved throughout the process. The experience culminated in a delectable meal enjoyed on the balcony with fellow participants, who were just as bowled over as we were.

Superb moment of happiness - A great experience. The information of our chef is great and very well done.Then the opportunity to taste our paella on the rooftop with the view and the sun: a pure moment of happiness.

A unforgettable experience of views, tastes and culture. - The space was beautiful and comfortable. Our host was informative and provided a really good, honest perspective about the role Paella plays in Spain and the differences between tourist paella and real paella. The food was great, the service was great. The views from the balcony are indescribable. 100% recommend this.

Perfect Paella - What a great experience! It is a demo kitchen run by an experience company( not a random chefs house) Fabio explained the whole delicate process of making paella the right way!! Afterwards you go out onto the roof and enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of sangria and of course the DELICIOUS paella!!!

Memorable Paella demonstration - Entertaining demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent Paella. Chef kept us involved throughout the demonstration culminating with the a delectable meal with the group participants.
