Great guides - Lots of snow so the scenery is just amazing. Additional snow gear provided is amazing and makes ride comfortable. Staff is helpful. Communication on lunch options and their service hours needs improvement. Tour guides were great for both tours - they definitely make it fun.

Perfect snow day! - The snowmobile tour was super fun! The snow gear was pretty convenient because weather was extremely cold, around -36°C Meet and greet reindeers was super cute activity, the girl in charge of them was very friendly and knowledgeable about all animals. We enjoyed our day.

The best! - I have never gone snowmobiling before and was a bit nervous. Khloe and Isaac made sure i felt comfortable before heading out. Isaac continue to check in on us through out the tour to make sure we were holding up okay. 1 hour seemed too short, next time i would for sure do the 3 hour excursion. Evy took us to meet the reindeer and she was so sweet! You can definitely tell how much these guys love their job which makes the tours much more enjoyable.

A magical day! - I had an absolutely incredible experience and cannot recommend this place enough. The snowmobiling was thrilling and well organized, and the reindeer sighting was such a unique and magical experience. On top of that, I loved that we were able to add on a dog sledding activity just by calling the activity center — they made everything so easy and accommodating. Transportation was seamless with shuttles provided to all the locations, which made the entire day stress-free. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to make sure we had an amazing time. To top it all off, the restaurant was fantastic — the French dip was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. Between the activities, the food, and the outstanding service, this trip exceeded all expectations. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this experience to everyone I know.

Great tour with the best... - Great tour with the best tour guide! Guide is super friendly, gave us plenty of time in Santa Clause House and at the gas station before the hike. He gave us his hand warmer and he is always ready to help because the hike in December is not easy for beginners! I don't know if I can self hike this trail without him! Much appreciated! He is always willing to help so just ask for it!

Such a wonderful... - Such a wonderful experience! Unfortunately there wasn’t yet enough snow to do the Snowmobiles, however they reached out in advance and offered UTVs in lieu of, or a full refund. We opted to continue as planned with UTVs and reindeer experience. The guides were all so friendly and engaging, including the gentleman that did mushing which we hadn’t signed up for. Definitely recommend.

Can be worth it for some people - As a packaged tour, this “Reindeer and Snowmobile Day Trip” seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately, the itinerary itself and how it was communicated left a bit to be desired. Though the description says 9:15am and 9:45am start time, I was not picked up until almost 10:10am and arrived at the basecamp at around 11am. From there we were dropped off at the Adventure Center, to check in. Everyone in the shuttle seemed to have their own different itineraries and at different scheduled times. Be sure to jot down your time slots, so you don’t miss anything. Since this tour included lunch, we then had to walk back down the trail to the main lodge to pick up our meal vouchers and eat. Lunch was in a lovely restaurant on top of the hill, with stunning views and good food. From 1pm was supposed to be the Reindeer Meet n Greet, which didn’t start until almost 1:20pm (with little to no communication about the delay), and ended around 1:40pm. We had 8 people in a small pen with 1 reindeer. It was nice being able to feed and pet it, but there weren’t really any opportunities to have 1-on-1 pictures with the reindeer. After that was the “snowmobile” portion of the tour at 2pm, which had to be changed to a UTV since there wasn’t enough snow on the ground for snowmobiles. This 1 hour tour was what left the best overall impression for the day. Our tour guide, Isaac made sure we were bundled up and well-equipped for our adventure. We had a blast driving through the snow and taking in all of the stunning views! We stopped at designated spots along the way to get down and take pictures. It was a lot of fun, and I’d love to do it again. Overall, the tour can still be worth it for many people, since the activities were enjoyable and the shuttle from/to Fairbanks is included. Just make sure to set your expectations for exactly how much time you’ll be spending on each activity vs waiting for them, and what each activity entails.

Everything was great, but... - Everything was great, but there seemed to be no clearcut times as we were never told there was a hard clothes for the restaurant at 3 PM. We even asked which way to the restaurant and nobody told us it was closed.
