We will meet near the tower, next to the tram stop! I will message for more details. If you are coming by cruise, you can take the tram infant of the port and ride few stops to the bazaar. You can use you credit card to get on the tram. Its pretty convenient to use!

An amazing experience! - I would any time recommend this trip - especially with the guide Gokay. He knows everything there is to know about the bazaar and was so kind and helpful - with everything, also with getting good prices in the shops. I will definitely book this trip again the next time I visit Istanbul.

Best guide ever 10/10 - I booked with a tour guide last minute, and was lucky enough to meet Gökay Ba. He was kind, polite, extremely patient, and made the experience a 10/10. In the 3ish hours we spent together, he shared history of the bazaar and other nearby areas, avs let me be a tourist, without making it awkward. It was like meeting a friend for an afternoon. The bazaar was busy, but he kept pace with me so I didn't get lost or overwhelmed. It was a very laid back vibe, with no expectations. If I wanted to spend more time with him, he absolutely would have. He was so generous with his time and knowledge and easy to talk to and ask questions. He even carried my bags and saw me to my cab. When I return in a few months, I intend on touring with him again.

Personal shopper who also feels like a friend - Shopping with Sevval is like shopping with a friend. She takes you to all the great stores and helps with bargaining. If you are looking for something in particular she knows where to get it. She also makes it fun and relaxing. While we didn’t go to any of the famous monuments or tourist attractions, I felt like I experienced a more authentic side of the city. Instead of standing in long lines, we wandered through local shops, discovered hidden gems, and met shop owners who welcomed us with tea and conversation. It didn’t feel rushed or overwhelming — it felt personal, genuine, and tailored exactly to what I was looking for. By the end of the day, I not only found beautiful things to take home, but also felt like I had made a new friend and seen a side of Istanbul most visitors miss.

Can I do this day on repeat?!?!?! - WOW! Gokay was AMAZING! The best travel shopping experience ever. He knows the ins and outs of the Bazaar, listened to what I wanted, and was extremely patient. Book this trip girls!!! You won’t be disappointed. Well worth your time and money.

Solo Afternoon at the Bazaar - Gokay was a terrific guide. He listened to what I was most interested in, and from there, curated our tour around the bazaar. He knows the best places, has genuine relationships with various vendors, and helped negotiate prices for me. We even found a hidden han with a stunning view. I appreciated the knowledge and passion he brings to the experience and highly recommend.

Karia is a star - We had the pleasure of Karia to show us around. She was a joy and was able to support me in some of my beginner haggling. Karia was personable and funny with some "downtime" for cappuccino and the best fresh-from-the-oven apple pies. Thanks for making the Grand Bazaar experience so memorable.

Amazing day! - We met Karya in Istanbul and she was absolutely amazing! Her English is perfect, and she’s so kind, friendly, and informative. Fantatic time shoppng and learning with Gokay! - We spent around 3-4 hours shopping with Gokay around the Grand Bazaar which was a fantastic way to get to know the best shops and have a direct approach to shopping for our needs in an organised manner. Gokay was fun to shop with and very knowledgable, mixing some history and touristy facts to learn while making sure we stayed on track and didn't get overwhelmed in the exciting chaos of the bazaar. Our brief was simple - good quality clothes for men and women and he hit the brief with every shop we visited (both inside and outside of the bazaar) offering the quality we desired. He helped nogotiate fair pricing for us and the sellers, saved time getting lost in items that weren't suitable and we will meet up again next time we are in Istanbul as we had a really good experience.
