Quick Tour of the Duomo - The was a great quick tour. It was helpful having a guide who was able to get us skip the line access and make it clear where to go. She was very knowledgeable and provided us much interesting history as we toured inside the Duomo. It was worth seeing and a fun, fast tour that felt like just enough time.

Great tour; tour operator needs to be more visible. - Tour guide was exceptional and very informative. Hardest part was finding the tour operator; we walked around several times looking for a blue flag and blue uniform only to find them beside their building; could definitely do with being more visible.

Duomo climb - Our tour guide was very hard to hear, audio sets would have been very helpful. All the beauty is on the exterior, the inside is very plain compared to the exterior. I also did the duomo climb. Better be prepared for a tight circular climb. View was amazing.

Solid choice, but confusing info on meeting spot - Exactly what I was looking for - skip the line entry and a quick tour. Only constructive comment is that if you click on the map for the meeting point/ticket pickup in the Viatour app, it gives you a location around the corner and you’d miss the tour. It is in fact in front of the entrance to the Misericordia museum and there is no counter - just a couple of staff who come and go to check you in (you don’t get a physical ticket, just a sticker to wear). Other than the confusion about the location, it was a solid option to not wait hours in line for the free entrance.

Duome is amazing but this tour does not include entry to all the other buildings and areas (even though it says included - The description says it includes the baptistery, the bell tower, crypt and other areas. Even has a check mark on what’s included. However it is not included. Tickets will not scan.
It also says good for 72 hours for entry and that did not work either.
The duome is amazing and should not be missed. But should find a ticket / tour that actually includes thee items that it says is included.
