Our tour guide gave an... - Our tour guide gave an excellent overview of history of the Cathedral and construction of Bruneleschi’s Dome. The hike to the top is not too challenging and views at the top of the city Florence are fantastic.

Amazing engineering! - We went on an English tour but the guide kept speaking English and then Italian because 3 people were Italian but they also spoke English. At the very start of the tour, the tour director had to tell her English only. Then, 50 feet away, she started again and I asked her to stick to English again. Other than that, the tour itself was very interesting. The Duomo is beautiful and an engineering masterpiece. The stained glass windows were amazing. The inside wasn't as big as I thought it would be so I'm glad we didn't wait in the long line to get in. The skip-the-line tickets were worth it!

Buy from another company!! Waste of money - Terrible tour! Do not waste your money! I realize it says 30 mins but we thought it would be full of information. The tour guide was not well informed and spoke ambiguously about the duomo. A child added info to tour.. I could’ve read on Google better. Pay a little more and get a better tour. This tour guide was not talented or a story teller or knowledgeable.

The tour itself is good just use a different operator - there are many to choose from. - City Wonders tour group are hard to locate despite arriving very early.
Tiny blue flag hidden behind ambulances.
The operators I spoke to locally were dismissive and rude and no interest in assisting me or addressing my concerns.
My recommendation is us one of the many other operators and spare yourself the angst!
