So much fun! - Lavi, Arla and titiano were awesome! Yummy hand-made food....made by you! They go through the recipes with you and then you make the food.

Best Pizza Ever With Amazing Views - This was one of the best experiences ever with my family. The farmhouse is just outside of the main area of the town and boasts amazing views. We had great teachers for gelato (Max) and pizza Nodrick and T (sorry I forgot his name but he lived in Australia a bit)
As a gelato lover I enjoyed learning more about the production process for gelato.
The pizza class was made better by our instructors who had great chemistry so the lesson was engaging. They taught our lots of great techniques and it was hands down the best pizza I have ever had. We were part of a great group which made the class more enjoyable.

Book this tour!!! It will be your best memory of Florence. - Absolutely amazing! Such a fun experience and beautiful views. But honestly, the guides absolutely made the experience! Noemi guided us for gelato and was absolutely amazing! We loved her so much we booked a different tour we knew she would be on the next day just to have her specifically (Tuscany 12 hour tour). The guys that guided us for pizza (Tigiano and Ludvile?- I know the spelling is not right) were also fantastic! You could tell all three of them were having a blast working together. Their chemistry and humor made this the best tourist thing I have ever done (and we do a lot). Please book this! You will not be disappointed! If we had another day I would book the pasta and gelato class (we did pizza). I will make a point when we come back next time (from USA) to book it and try to find a way to get the same guides. Seriously, amazing!
Details: There was an aperitivo on arrival of bruschetta and wine or beer with beautiful views under a pergola. Then, we went to the most beautiful kitchen with full glass wall
Overlooking the Tuscan countryside (never seen anything so beautiful). This is where Noemi guided us on gelato making. It was so much fun and tons of flavors to choose from. Not only did she show us how to make it, but I loved how she explained the science behind it and how to make it correctly and avoid mistakes. I feel confident I could make it at home and feel comfortable switching up flavors and additions based on my experience with her (and I cannot cook or bake at all). I can’t wait to get home and do it with our kids. So much fun! Then, we put our mixes in the freezer and went to start our pizza making. Our two pizza guides were hilarious! So much fun. They helped us all get to know each other and by the end our group and the guides seriously all felt like family. We even exchanged numbers with several couples. They just have this magic of making everyone so comfortable. I have never felt that on a tour before. Usually we stay to ourselves. They really made the Italian cooking experience, where they say Italians cook with love, real. And you could tell they love what they do and were having fun. We learned to make a good pizza dough along with the chemistry behind it, what flour to use and what not to use, how to pick the best tomato’s, and the best technique to make the sauce (had no idea you should crush them with your hands because a blender cuts the seeds and can make it bitter). When our hands were dirty they took our phones for us and made pictures and videos and had us laughing throughout. While the dough rose (not really, that would take two days), we went back to our gelato. Noemi helped us put our mixes in the gelato makers. Then, she showed us how ‘instant’ gelato can be make with liquid nitrogen. It was so cool! Then, how you can dip mint leaves in liquid nitrogen, instantly freeze them, then in a millisecond crush them in your hand to make a powder and sprinkle in your gelato. Absolutely fascinating. Then, we went back and took our dough balls and made our pizzas. By the way, the pizza area is a GORGEOUS outdoor kitchen overlooking a vineyard and gardens and panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside. They had tons of fresh ingredients and again discussed how to get the best flavor (break basil leaves with your hands, don’t cut them, etc). They helped us learn to toss the dough, which was so fun, and took videos for us while we did. Then, pizzas in a beautiful big brick pizza oven. They had garlic infused olive oil and chili infused olive oil to drizzle over our pizzas after they were cooked (both were fabulous). We then room our pizzas to this gorgeous room with all glass walls to eat with the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. We had all different kinds of wine and beer with dinner. Then, we tried all different flavors of gelato (plenty of the ones each couple made) and they even had tons of toppings. Noemi talked with us about the chemists of different flavor combinations (Himalayan salt and crushed hazelnuts on our chocolate, mint on the lemon) and it was all fabulous. Then, back to a beautiful charter bus for home. There were 26 people total in our group, but it never felt like too many. They had great spaces and made us feel feel like one big family. They talked about how for Italians, food is about love and family. Coming together over food and wine. And they made that sentiment so real.
Cons: only con is that you do have to walk a good bit. That is not their fault, just the way the city regulates the big bus they use. It didn’t bother us at all, but it was about a 10 minute walk from the meeting point to the bus, then about a 5 minute walk over a fairly rough drive to the farmhouse. Just a few stairs. One older group member had some trouble on this part, but they were quick to help her and walk with her arm in arm. If you cannot walk at a good pace and over uneven ground I would let them know ahead of time so they can take accommodations. Don’t let that stop you though!

You won’t regret it! - Wow!! I booked this for my son (18) and myself for something to do while in Florence. He was skeptical at first because he wasn’t sure what to expect. Out of our entire Italy trip he will tell you this was by far the funnest thing we did. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. The chefs are amazing, entertaining and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful and the viewsare incredible. If this is something you’re looking at considering while in Florence book it as soon as possible you won’t regret it!

Great Experience! Sign up now! - I went to visit my daughter in Florence while she was studying abroad and the pizza and gelato making class was one of the first things we did. Very easy to locate the meeting point. Travel to the farmhouse was nice. The setting was beautiful and the hosts were fun and knowledgable. I could not recommend this more!
