Visitors can admire the Large Holm-oak Tree, the Sacred Heart of Jesus monument, the Nativity Scene, the Berlin Wall, the High Cross, and the John Paul II and Pius XII Squares.
- Capela Das Aparicoes - Known as the “heart” of the Shrine of Fatima, the Chapel of the Apparitions is a significant site.
It was here that the Virgin Mary spoke to the young shepherds. Out of the six apparitions of the Virgin Mary, five occurred at this location—in May, June, July, September, and October—where, as directed by the Lady, a chapel was to be built in her honor.
Constructed between April 28 and June 15, 1919, it was later blessed, with the first Mass celebrated there on October 13, 1921. After being dynamited on the morning of March 6, 1922, it was restored and reopened on January 13, 1923.
- Basilica de Nossa Senhora do Rosario de Fatima - This temple features a large nave with a presbytery, transept, and two sacristies. It includes 14 side altars, each representing a mystery of the rosary.
One of these altars houses the tombs of Jacinta, Francisco, and Lucia. Since their beatification, many visitors have come to the basilica to see them.
- Basilica of the Holy Trinity - The foundation stone was laid on June 6, 2004, and it was consecrated on October 12, 2007.
The altar is crafted from a unique piece of local stone, branco do mar. On the front side of the altar, there is a piece of marble from the tomb of the Apostle Peter (over which the Basilica of St. Peter was built, in the Vatican).
- Via Sacra - Following the path traditionally taken by the young shepherds, the Way of the Cross—or the Way of the Little Shepherds—culminates at a Hungarian Calvary, with a chapel dedicated to St. Stephen, King of Hungary.
- Loca do Anjo - Loca do Anjo, also known as Loca do Cabeço, is the site of the first and third apparitions of the Angel.
- Valinhos Sanctuary - Situated between the 8th and 9th stations of the Way of the Cross on the Path of the Little Shepherds, this is where the fourth apparition of Our Lady occurred on August 19, 1917.
The monument commemorating this event was built with donations from Hungarian Catholics.
- Casa De Lucia - This is the birthplace and home of Lucia.
In 1981, Sister Lucia donated the house to the Shrine. The surrounding area was developed, and a new information office was established there.
- Poco do Arneiro - In the backyard of Lucia’s house, there is a well known for being the site of the second apparition of the Angel in the summer of 1916.
- Francisco and Jacinta’s House - The other two young shepherds who witnessed the apparition of the Virgin Mary were born and raised in this house.
Located 200 meters from Lucia’s house, it was also acquired by the shrine and subsequently rebuilt.
