Amazing - Absolutely loved it! Alex was brilliant from start to finish. Fun filled, fast paced great experience. Our kids r 17, 14 and 12 and they all enjoyed it and were able to get crystals. The time in the dome goes so fast and it’s much harder than it looks to catch the tickets. Overall fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Anna was amazing! This experience is worth every penny!! A must if you’re visiting Manchester - I’ll Be honest, I was a little put off by the price and thought, how can it be anything like the tv programme. Having just returned home today 13/08/2025 I am happy to say I was wrong! absolutely worth every penny! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it is like being in the tv show, the nostalgia poured over me! The attention to detail is incredible Anna was our Maze Master and hats off to her, what a fantastic human! Really engaging and enthusiastic and being able to hold the attention of our group so well was an achievement in itself, quick witty and able to play along with our banter made the whole experience even more personable She was amazing!!

Great experience and so fun! - Went with 3 teenaged ranting between 13-16 and 2 adults. Absolutely brilliant fun, the game master Stu was brilliant at getting us in the spirit and helping us relax into the gaming experience. The different game categories and varied ability levels made it fun for everyone. 100% recommend, and would love to do again.

Fun and exciting - Team work made it nice. I also led my team which was fun. Overall the experience is very very fun with family or friends of all age groups

Great family fun - Great family fun for 6 people ages from 10 up to 70. We had a blast. Dingo Dave? I think that was his name, was excellent, encouraging and assisting with game allocation.

Best Birthday Ever! - I went to the crystal maze for my birthday yesterday & honestly they went above and beyond for my day, it was just myself and my partner in the maze with our maze master Nate the newsie! He was fantastic, so entertaining and enthusiastic about us making the headline news with the number of crystals we get, between the two of us, we got 8 crystals which was beyond the baseline of 5 which was really good for us tbh! Mumsie would’ve been really proud of us! Will 100% be visiting again!!

Takes me right back, in the best way - It was like going inside a childhood memory. Wonderful host, the place was just perfectly rendered to look like the TV series, high quality games. Great team feel even though we were with strangers, I won two crystals and had an absolute blast watching everyone else, then getting inside the Dome. Will do it again with my kids when the youngest is the minimum age in a year.

Rip off 'photos pretending to be videos' - Such a shame our experience was spoiled by the untruths told. So 3 adults 1 child did the experience.. was good, fun albeit a bit quick. Expensive but we wll said it was goid experience and our 11year old grandson loved it. Throughout photos are taken( you arent 'allowed' your own phone/camera in) and at the end they ask if you want to buy any of them. Whilst it isn't obligatory its nice to have a momento. So we purchased the more expensive pack, £35 which was 6printed photos we could choose, then the rest as digital images. Also inc it said 3 videos. The lady selling the package to us also explained each package and mentioned 3 videos. Oh we thought that will be nice, and we presumed ( it didnt say different) it would be 3 videos of us doing the games. Next day accessed the videos and digital pics via a link. Disappointed to see the 'videos' were 3 photos.. literally the same photo, taken at the end outside the crystal dome with a video filter on top of flying pieces of paper you collect along with music. So not a video of us playing a game, no movement from us.. 3 photos with a crystal maze filter over the top and music added. I contacted customer service as thought maybe it hadnt loaded right to be told no it was correct and the 'videos' were photos with a filter over the top. The whole experience was £150 plus £35 for photos and 3 more photos pretending to be videos plus my grandson bought a crystal as a momento (£12) All in all £197 for 1 1/2 hrs in the dome.... Feeling very ripped off about the videos and would of maybe done the experience again but after feeling like that we wont be.
