Three worthwhile places to visit when in Penang - Great guide. The visit to the two temples as well as the hill make an excellent half day . Our guide advised us to pay for fast track entry to funicular. Well worth it as queues very long. Excellent half day away from the bustle of the heritage area.

Great Guide and interesting tour - Great tour with knowledgeable guide Mohammed. Booking was easy and Mohammed confirmed arrangements the night before. We were picked up at hotel - our guide brought water and breakfast for us - a lovely and welcome touch. Tour as expected - Penang Hill busy but tour guide gave us tips to avoid the tourists - the fast track admission tickets worth every penny as queues long due to Malaysian school holidays. If you are pressed for time this half day tour is definitely a good option

One of the Best Nature Spots in Penang - Penang Hill is a must visit for all tourists. The rainforest is rich in flora and fauna. We hired a car to take us to the botanical gardens. From the gardens we hired a private jeep available at the entrance of the garden, to take us to the penang hill. The place can be crowded with tourists. However the Habitat and the rainforest walk etc is amazing and the views are fantastic. We travelled as a family and throroughly enjoyed it. We spotted black squirrel and blue bird and monkeys. Drank coffee at the habitat coffee shop. Then a bugee bought us to the starting point. Later we waited for our jeep to come up the hill. Was lovely driving down the hill in the cooler temperatures. Worth the four hour visit!

Penang’s Gems - Penang Hill is a beautifully serene environment to experience. It was quite foggy on the day I went. I was still able to capture a panoramic view of the streets of Malacca and Georgetown at the Kek Lok Si Temple. The driver is happily accommodating.

No showed! - Guide never showed up despite us receiving confirmation from TripAdvisor (and tickets) prior to arrival. I reached out to guide the day before to confirm details via whatsapp, email, and called - never called back and no showed. Left three couples at the end of the port - very disappointing as we have limited time i. port and had extensively researched how spend our time. Viator refunded our money, but we were not able to go on the tour.
